This was my first time ordering through Orangshine and after the experience I just had I will be using them again. Upon receiving my order I had a couple questions and Cecilia was quick to respond and get everything resolved!
I tried a new vendor and there was something wrong on all three orders, to include the first not even being shipped! I called Orange Shine and worked with Brand Marketing/Support Specialist Belinda Rodriguez. Belinda was very sweet and professional, and made a crummy situation good. I lost count of how many times I called her, and she was always on top of it, never rushed me, and never became irritated. Also, she is very knowledgeable, and shares everything she knows. Top notch! I generally don't have problems, but should one arise, I hope to reach Belinda again. Because of her, I plan to order only from Orange Shine moving forward!

I talked with a customer service representative and it was good feedback, she listened to my concerns. I ordered from a vendor and was in love with one item I received, however my second order had some issues with stitching and quality. I would say inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them.
