I received exceptional customer service from Lisbeth, she was on top of returning emails and getting all request/issues resolved.
I just want to say that Jerica was absolutely AMAZING! She caught an error I had made and helped me fix it before it became a real issue. I just really appreciate how she even offered to help me with uploading some documents I was having trouble with. She is the epitome of Customer Service! So helpful! Thanks Jerica!

I had placed an order for a run of shoes that came in damaged. I contacted Orangeshine when I was unable to get a response back from the vendor. I thought there was nothing more that could be done for my particular situation, but I just received an email from Jerica that she was in fact able to get me credit for my damaged goods! I am so grateful that she went a step further and tried all she could to do for me as a customer. It's so hard to come by good customer service these days and Jercia at Orangeshine has gone above and beyond. Every penny counts for us small business owners and I truly appreciate the help!
