I ordered a jumpsuit from one of Orangeshine's vendors. The jumpsuits were great, except one of them arrived with a stain. I sent pictures of the item and the stain to alert Orangeshine of the issue. Lisbeth got back to me promptly, communicated my issue to the vendor, and settled my issue within a couple of days. (I'm on the east coast.) I've been an Orangeshine member for five years and I will continue to shop with them for this reason, great customer service! I tried adding photos but the upload jammed.
Belinda R was a world of help to me and has continued to stay in contact with my by email to make sure everything is coming together for me as a new online boutique. She has been awesome to work with and I feel if I need anything she would be the one to contact to get a problem resolved.
Lisbeth was real helpful and got me an answer right away, I received a wrong tracking number but she was quick to get me the right one right away! Really appreciate her help!
