I have always had great experiences with Orangeshine. This last week I had a problem with an order from one of there venders. Lisbeth was so sweet and great helping me with this issue. It still not completely right but I know she will help me get it completely right.

I contacted customer service because I got a refund from one of the vendors I ordered from but didn't understand why. Lisbeth answered me very quickly and explained everything. Very happy with the help I've been getting from their custumer support!

Lisbeth was very attentive and responsive in presenting my concern about sending a package from one of the vendors. She immediately contacted the vendor, and the problem was resolved almost immediately. She was very courteous and nice. I recommend it. Thank you! Also, I love Orangeshine, I have in one place everything I need for my Boutique and of very good quality.
