Lisabeth was the absolute best. I had a question about my order expected arrival date and it took her less than a minute to tell me where it was and when to expect it.
DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT EVERY SINGLE ORDER TELLING YOU WHAT ABSOLUTE JUNK THE PRODUCT IS! Packaging even came with Chinese on it. Even forgot to ship one of my items and when I called in they said oh you still want that? Uh, yes I paid for it! (6 days later still have not received it)
Again! THE ITEMS ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND THEY ARE PURE JUNK WITH LOTS OF REFUND REQUEST TO FOLLOW IF YOU THIS "American vendor"

I had a problem getting merchandise delivered from a vendor and they immediately contacted the company for me. The company also replied to my inquiry on the problem via the website. I did receive 6 pcs of the 24 pc order but it was not the style I had ordered. They offered to take the merchandise back and send me what I had ordered which was kind but it is just easier to strike this vendor off my assortment sheet.
I just started using OrangeShine a month about. I wanted to get trendy clothes all in one place. I wanted clothes that were made in the USA and I can easily find them here. The vendors have been pretty good about shipping. Some of the BO can be frustrating. Lisbeth Flores is a great communicator in updating me on my orders.
Speedy Response and great communication. They are great with keeping you up to date on all orders and personally call if needed.

As far as customer service. I would have giving it a 5 star rating. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they allow vendors such as SHOWA whom sell clothing that is not displayed as the images they show. Their quality is so poor and they're customer service is not the most effective. I am just glad I got my refund back even though I had to pay to return the items back to them.
I love the products and brands that Orangeshine offers as well as how helpful and quick their customer service is! Lisbeth solved my problem within minutes and followed up through email to make sure the problem was resolved! I definitely recommend Orangshine!
