Okay. Long shipping time. Doesnt keep my prescription on file. More expensive lenses than other sites. Will probably use again anyways since still much cheaper than in store

I have dealt with this Company on multiple occassions and each time has been a positive experience. I have received phone calls from their technicians asking questions and they were always polite and professional. Prices and service seem really good to me.

I have been very pleased with the glasses and with the service of ordering and sending the glasses to France. I have found the personnel responsive, with helpful suggestions.

I like the fact that the prices are great but your order tracking is not good at all. I can't login into your website to check the status of my order. Not efficient way to keep customers informed.

I bought a pair of glasses at a low price. Of course, the frames were not very expensive but they do the job.

I had a huge scratch in the lens of my favourite pair of glasses, the optometrist in my city quoted me $150 to get it reglazed, Optically did it for about a third of the price, only took a week or two. Very pleased!

This was my first time buying glasses online. Amazingly easy. Great selection! Super fast processing and delivery! Affordable! My glasses are perfect! My insurance company processed my claim without question. This is the only way to buy eye wear.

Possibly the worst service I have ever experience. Ordered on 31 May 2019, still haven't received confirmation when i will even receive my order. I had to follow up just to find out if they received my order and prescription and the order number provided does not work

Received prescription glasses and they are not even close to the ones I ordered.
They will not even answer my emails. I believe they have no intention of making it right.

I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Optically for my Husband, my son and a sunglass for me. They were delivered to well packed in a week or 10 days time. I love the case they were sent. Will surely buy again.

This company has very poor service. The disconnect between what they tell you on their website and via customer service, and what they will do in terms of delivery and what you get is large. They make promises they can't keep in order to get your business, then excuse after excuse and promise after promise to keep you on the hook. I got scammed. Go with another vendor.

I lost my glasses while I was travelling to Canada for work. I needed a pair desperately hence looked up online for a fast service. I came across many online suppliers however went with Optically as they offered a next day service and their prices were very low as compared to others. I received my glasses in about a weeks time and they are better than what I purchased from my Optometrist in UK.

I have always wanted to wear sunglasses but never did because I have to wear prescription sunglasses. I found Optically.ca, ordered my pair of prescription glasses and received them in 10 business days. Loving them and definitely going to order again.

The glasses were never shipped - no one replies from the company through email anymore (they only reply in the first two weeks that your order is almost complete but then stops responding)- its been 6 weeks now- was promised 10-12 business days dispatch - It's a fraud company or may be just sends out 10% of the orders they receive to scam majority of people.

STAY AWAY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GLASS FOR A MONTH NOW AND THE CUSTOMER IS ASKING ME HAVE I NOT RECIEVED MY GLASSES YET? SHE SAID SHE WILL CALL ME BACK. NO CALL NO EMAIL
