Same story as many of the reviews on here. Terrible customer service practically non-existent. I ordered back in 10-14, and now its 1-15; I have not received any items that I ordered or my refund that I requested back in November. E-mails have been sent, calls have been made with only empty promises. Being veteran owned, I wanted to give them my business because, I am a veteran. Terrible mistake. Don't bother wasting your money or time with this company. You're going to regret giving them your business. Order from other tactical companies that take their customer concerns serious and their business serious. Opsgear is a joke!

The company won't even do local will-call orders. I will not recommend them as I had done prior to 2 years ago. The management has a tough-guy, elitist personna and is unapproachable about issues with the gear or problems. Their products are okay, but the customer service is minimal to non-existant. I won't buy anymore from them. They also will lie or make excuses.

Where do i start
December 31, 2014

Where do i start. I ordered a 5.11 bag on 10-22-2014. I didn't hear anything about it being shipped. So i emailed them. The response was oh we have been going through some changes, the order will go out next week. We will email you a confirmation number... well that didn't happen 11-7 i sent an email 11-11 response ' i thought it was shipped it will be shipping out this week 11-21 sent an email no shipping confirmation i sent a email to cancel the order it had been a month i was then told they would have to wait and see if the item shipped it didn't 12-8 they said they would credit my card it would take 10-11 business days when they immediately took the money from me. 12-30-2014 i still haven't received my refund/credit... save your money find a more customer service friendly company... and use paypal

Ok i was finally contacted by the CEO of the company and recently received my refund. They tried to give me a credit and send me my order. After almost four months I was able to get my money back. I would email them and call them every other day... Good luck

I made a purchase back on September 29th for a plate carrier set up for work since I am in the law enforcement field and was in need of a new entry set up. After a month of not receiving my order and multiple phone calls where I was told it should arrive any day I cancelled my order on October 30th. Opgear had already charged my credit card for the amount and to this day (December 30th) after multiple phone calls, emails, and also an unanswered complaint with the Better Business Bureau I have still not received my refund. Opsgear is a bunch of THIEVES and I would not recommend their service to anyone who is in the law enforcement or military field, regardless of how much they claim they are military owned. My next step will be to pursue criminal charges for theft against their company even if it is an inconvenience to me just to make my point.

"THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THEM. This company has stolen about 100 dollars of my hard earned money I used to purchase one of there products online from there online store. I made this purchase online 2 weeks ago and immediately received a fake email from opsgear telling me that my order had shipped. Literally the email i received was about 30 seconds after I made the purchase so that was a red flag for me because how could you ship an item that quick especially since I made the purchase at midnight eastern time. They haven't responded to my many emails, they do not EVER answer the phone so if you get a email saying to call if you want assistance there is no use in calling because they wont answer and they definitely wont return your call. They do not care at all about customer service. I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and contacting an attorney as well as suing in small claims court. I absolutely hate thieves and these guys are straight up thief's. They love to take your money but DONT EXPECT YOUR PRODUCT TO EVER ARRIVE. Please, take heed to my warning and DO NOT BUY FROM OPSGEAR! "

My son ordered some items in April. His card was charged and was told his order would be back ordered for 5 weeks. 5 months later, I cancelled his order and am still waiting for a refund... called and was put through to billing and of course had to leave a message. What a crock... this company puts on a front that they are all for the military, yet screws them out of their deserved refunds. Shame on them. Buyer beware! Promised a refund check which has never been received.

Worst company i have ever order from. Still waiting for my cancel order refund, which has been almost a month. There is no customer service and they lack any ability to ran a company. Look at the BBB and you will find out what to expect if you order from this company.

This is a horrible company. There customer service is the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Shipping error on their part (billing vs shipping) which has yet to be rectified. Company does not return emails, phone calls and trying to get a refund is ongoing and extremely difficult. John West and David Burnell should be embarrassed to put their names to such a poorly run operation. It's a good thing that OPSGEAR only sells kit, any other kind of ops would be disastrous!

This site is terrible, half of what they display for sale on their site is on back order. I placed an order March 17,2013. Order status said it was shipped, waited and waited. Email Opsgear April 4th. They responded April 7th and said it should ship in 2-4 weeks. It is now May 13th and not only have i not recieved my order but my account no longer exists... OPSGEAR is an extremely poorly run business, dont waste your time or money on them!

Excellent site to shop from for all your tactical needs. When they first announced the new Multicam Black, this site had them in stock! I ordered the Shirt, Top, Pants, and Cap. All arrived in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent as well. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They frequently have coupons that makes it that much sweeter to purchase from them. They also have a loyalty program, in which you can earn credit to use towards the website.
