Giving OPSGEAR one star because I couldn't give it zero! I ordered a product BEFORE LAST CHRISTMAS, and I still have not received it! That took my money, told me the item
Shipped, then sent me an email saying it was backlogged. Promised it within a month, after a month, said one more week. Then said it would ship in 24 hours...(in late January at this point). I had ordered a Bungee Sling, in early Feburary a Plate Vest showed up from a place called "War Gear". I emailed OPSGEAR to ask if this was their attempt to fill my order. NO RESPONSE. I waited months, NO RESPONSE. Then in August I received an email saying my product was back in stock. I waited 2 more months, NOTHING. I reached out to OPSGEAR again in Oct, they closed my "ticket" after 18 days with NO Response. Do not buy from this store!

My wife ordered me some tactical pants back in May and received the order confirmation. After 3 weeks she sent an email which they replied the pants were on back order for appx 2 weeks(sounds familiar right). Five weeks later still no pants and no email explaining the delay. I went to tactical gear.com and placed the same order. My wife sent an email to opsgear and cancelled the order. Still to this day we have still not received a refund or any further response. I had ordered from them in the past and had no issues, so I don't know what has changed but it is a shame considering they seem to cater to our military. On a side note, I received my order from Tactical Gear within 7 days of the order(they will continue to get my business).

I purchased an ankle holster on a Sunday, and paid for 2 day delivery. I immediately received an email saying shipping information soon to follow. By Thursday I did not have my item, nor did I receive ANY communication from the company. I emailed both the Founder of the company (giant waste of time, he only passed the buck) and their customer support, but got zero response. Finally get an email on Saturday saying my item is out of stock. Horrible customer service and after doing some post-purchase research, this seems to be fairly common issue with them. Don't make the same mistake I did, shop elsewhere!

That means that means that OPGEAR took 12 days to ship one item. Contacted OPSGEAR 4-1-15 for tracking info, said sorry for delay. Received tracking info 4-6--15. I WOULD CALL THAT SLOW SHIPPING.

I have placed 3 orders with this company and none of the product shipped. The 24hr confirmation is a scam. I have received no confirmation of shipment emails. I keep getting product emails advertising big discounts. I have called them and you can't get beyond a voice mail. I got emails between the CEO a Mr. Burnell and when I called the phone number and put in his name the company phone tree said he did not exist. I have cancelled my charges with my bank. I spent about $400.00 dollars on this site so hopefully the bank can get all the money back. You need to watch all these different companies that put something gear.com as the name this one is a scam. I can order the same product at the same price with Tacticalgear.com, I know they exist because I just talked with a live operator who promised delivery over night. Just make sure you check these companies out.

I advise not to order anything from this group. Can't even call them a company. I ordered a gun holster for a Christmas gift In October. I received a confirmation with an order number as soon as I ordered. Waited and waited and waited for my holster. Sent e-mails and made phone calls (had to leave a voice message each time) and never got a response, nothing, nada, zero. They even billed my account for the money. Turned them into the Better Business Bureau, they didn't even get a response. I don't who or what is running this web site or whatever but they are a bunch of crooks!
