This was my second opsgear purchase. Several years ago I had a mediocre experience with this company. This time, while preparing for a deployment, I ordered several combat shirts. A full month after my deployment (3 months after my order) I called the credit card company and had them remove the charge. In just 3 short days I got an email saying my items were shipped. 5 days after that the charge was back on my card. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS I ORDERED. There are plenty of companies out there. Nobody needs to use opsgear.com

The middle of Nov. 2016 I ordered (2) challenge coins for a couple buddies. I got all kind of emails thanking me, sending me shipping updates, etc. I finally received one (1), I emailed them saying this, I think Josua told me both had been delivered, I said it may have been delivered by not to me. On the 23rd I receive this: Ok I did find that was the same tracking number, we will make sure the new tracking number is emailed to you asap. Today is 12/******* and still do not have the tracking number. Wouldn't it have been easier to put 2 challenge coins in the same pack? This place is a joke, I would suggest you strongly consider another alternative.
Yes, I am looking for another challenge coin. This place is a ripoff.

They will, repeat will, F up your order. You will not receive it, but you will receive responses from them that they are trying to locate it, trying to correct an error in the order, about to ship it, etc. They also do NOT return phone calls and you will NEVER speak to a live person at this outfit. They have an automated customer service system which absolutely does not work, they don't check very often, and frankly they just don't care about customers. Pathetic.

I hav ordered gear on four occasions from Opsgear and they hav always taken months to deliver. But, to be fair, they have always delivered eventually and the goods have always been spot on. This type of slow service usually points to poor systems, poor cash flow management, or both.

If I need something right now, Opsgear would not be on might go-to list. But if I can afford to wait, Opsgear's prices are very competitive an they have cut price international shipping if you spend more that US$200.

On 8 October 2016 I made a $175.00 of some boots. I have not received the boots yet. I have called about ten times and left voice messages. Needless to say, I have never received a response.

I sent an email to the support site and received one responce. I believed that the issue would be fixed, but I still did not receive my boots, or a refund. I sent several other e-mails, but all communication from the company has stopped.

I have purchased it lens from this company before and was pleased. It is my understanding that this company was made by veterans for veterans and catered to police.

I am a Marine veteran and a detective. I must say that I have never been more displeased. At the very least, I should have received my money back so that I could have made a purchase elsewhere.

I am done with using anything else from them and I will warn everyone of my displeasure. Customer service sucks and the company ripped me off. At least someone's kids are eating and their father is wearing a nice pair of boots.

Ordered my item over 3 months ago and still have not received item. Left many messages and never a call back. Sent email and the same person "Joshua" response that my order will be shipped with a week. And of course I still have not received item. Told them to refund me and they never reply. I'm out of $99 and no item. Stay away from this company. I will never purchase anything from them. The number they provide always say all reps are busy and to leave a message but they NEVER call back. Horrible company, would not recommend to anyone.

So I got part of my order a pair pants (20 days after I ordered it) that came in a 5.11 bag and return label. I could have ordered them from 5.11 my self much faster. I needed the shirt asap the pants I just ordered because I thought you guys sold those. If the shirt from the order is not here by next friday because I need it the weekend of the 11/6 dont bother sending. I dont think I have ever wait for 2 pieces of clothing that did not say they were not in stock on the website. Extremely disappoint with the way the company functions. I could have been notified it was going to take 20 plus days to get a t shirt so I could have looked else where.

You'll never see your items, you'll never hear from them. The only evidence you have interacted with this company will be the charge made to your credit card. Weirder still, even after cancelling the order after 3 months of waiting, (and getting my money back via my card) they then claim they have just delivered my items. This is a very strange Walter Mitty outfit. Their stuff does look cool, it's just a real shame they confirm everything bad about shopping on the internet.

I ordered an over priced shirt from this company which advertised it as a concealed carry shirt. The order showed up in my email as being complete and shipped. After two weeks went by I attempted to contact them to get a tracking number. You will never get any phone pick up from them. I left a voice mail message and emails regarding my request for a tracking number to my order. In very very slow reply I got an email saying they had issued a ticket for my information request and normally with in 24 hours they respond to their so called tickets. That 24 hours turned into another week and only after some very angry messages left by me did they finally admit the item had not yet shipped. There is no direct phone or daily email service with this company. I left them a message stating I wanted to cancel my order and for them to NOT ship anything. I went to my credit card company and filed a complaint regarding this worthless service and had them cancel the Opsgear credit to my credit card. Weeks went by again and then I got a reply from Slopsgear stating they were shipping my shirt. I left emails and voice mail telling them I had canceled the order weeks ago. I even called my credit card company and they said they had no control over what they do. The over priced shirt finally showed up two months later. Now another 30 days later their billing shows up on my card again. I am using the shirt, as a clothing target on my shooting dummy. Gold dots and full metal jacket bullets whiz right through this POS. My intent is to package this worthless garment back up and send it back to them. I know I will never get a refund but I want them to have this as a Christmas reminder that I will never ever order anything from this non communicating puke of a company again.

I ordered about $100 worth of gear from this website. I received a confirmation email immediately. Two days later I received an email talking me some items were in back order and that I would receive items separately. Two days after that I got another email telling me the warehouse has my order. After not receiving a shipping confirmation or a tracking number, I decided to email customer service. Once again I received an immediate automated response but waited days to hear from Josh who told we via email there was a product delay and my order would ship "soon". When I asked how long soon was a got a vague response and when asking how to cancel my order it was ignored. After another week I emailed again and have not received a response. What gives? At this point I just want to cancel my order and shop somewhere else.
