I did several surveys and when I got close to redeeming the bonus my account got suspended and I was using it without any valid explanation or reason.

Was a member, a Diamond member, then out of the blue they suspended me and would NOT give a reason citing privacy issues. Bull Hockey. I emailed them back and they let do more surveys and AGAIN, out of the blue they suspend me for "violating the terms". What terms did I violate this time? Funny I did nothing different in getting to be a Diamond member except get a few years older; also changed my browser, nothing was said about that. This place is good in the very beginning, but do not let your money build or they will suspend you. Watch out for the related site Opinion World. You get suspended at one site, you are also suspended at the other site, without reason.

This is no longer a legit website, if you have used it in the past they are now using you to gather free information. They will let you do a ton of surveys and gather up points, but they WILL NOT let you redeem those points for rewards. I used to use this service in the past and it was legit, but I have tried recently and they said I was not being honest in my surveys and deleted my account after a had gathered a good amount of rewards points. I have ALWAYS been sincere with every survey I have completed. Attached is an email I got after I sent a question about why I was not able to claim my rewards. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I recently set up an account on Opinion Outpost, completed my profile honestly and accurately, and was immediately suspended indefinitely before even having a chance to complete a survey. I've had zero response from them when asking why my account was suspended. There's better survey sites out there, steer clear of this one.

Have been a member for over 5 years & never any problems. Filled out surveys accumulated & redeemed rewards with no problems. Then I wasn't receiving surveys so I contacted them & was told I had violated their rules either by having 2 accounts or rushing through surveys etc. I appealed to them to find out which particular rule I violated & was told they couldn't tell me. Tried again to get a response from them & never received another reply. I was also told any points I had were forfeited. Initially this was a good survey site now everyone should stay awY

I had been using opinionoutpost on and off for 4 years and at first I enjoyed it, but there were definitely time where their site or the surveys would glitch and I wouldn't receive points, which I kinda brushed off as whatever, but then one day I wasn't recieving any surveys after cashing out my points one day which was weird. I email and after a week they got back to me saying my account was permanently suspended without telling specifically why ( it was a very generic email). Emailing them and asking for a specific reason as I followed guideline, only had one account, took my time on surveys and answered question truthfully I did not understand why they would suspend my account. After another account they said it was for accuracy and attentiveness which makes zero sense to me and after my research a lot of diamond members received similar emails so it seem like they are weening out a lot of members who receive the diamond benefit so honestly I would not suggest you do this site if they are going to make up reasons to suspend people as I truely did my best on these surveys and put a lot of time and effort into this site and don't appreciate being callled a liar.

I have been a member for over nine years but had my account recently suspended with no warning. I have quite a few points built up. They were great when I used to be able to request Amazon codes to use for large purchases. That has been suspended and small gift cards have replaced that option. When I contacted them to see why I was suspended I was sent an email that said that it was because I belong to more than one panel. Turns our Dynata now oversees OneOpinion, OpinionOutpost and Opinion Rewards. I was sent invitation links to join the other two and everything was fine until this year and Dynata took over. I just have now sent another email stating that it wasn't my fault that the three sites were with the same company and all of mine have been shut down because of that. I mentioned I should have never been sent the other two links if I could only belong to one. This is just a way to make sure that you cannot redeem what you rightly earned. Does anyone know who we can report them to? I consider this fradulent.

I was a member for about 8 months roughly. Twice in a row i had an issue with receiving my payment. The first time was only for the minimum amount and 2 weeks later i finally received it. The 2nd time howevee was for around £10 so still not a lot. It showed as (payment failed) and i contacted them about it. They said it would be up to 2 months but i will be refunded the money. So i waited 3 whole months and nothing, contacted them again politely. Another month passed and i realised when i logged in thay my account had been deleted. 0 surveys had been completed since my failed payment as i didnt want to risk putting work in for nothing. I contacted them once every 2-3 weeks 4 times since all i ever got im response was "we have now closed your account" over and over and over again. For no reason. I never got my money back. Dont use them. It will work perfectly at first then the more you make the more problems you will encounter.

I had been a member of opinion outpost and ipoll for years without problems. Recently, they kicked me out of both accounts saying "I had not been attentive" in my survey answers. As I have not changed the way I answer surveys over the years, I find this a hollow reason - especially when I had been a member of both for so long. I believe they just decided they needed trim the number of panelists - DO NOT JOIN either of these as they will kick you out for NO good reason and without warning. Do stay away!

They will ask you for personal info for the first 5 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU DO A SURVEY.
Then, they will begin the survey and will drop you out after 10 questions with the reason "You do not qualify for this survey".

This is a waste of time for a person and this site gets free survey out of your personal information which they pass on/ sell out to other companies FOR FREE!

DO NOT REGISTER AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
