After four years of answering their surveys truthfully and accurately, I was hit with a permanent banned because I asked in email on how to verify my account with a state ID after I could not redeem points. They failed on their part to notify their members ahead of time that members will need to verify before they could redeem points. I had accumulated 5,700 points over the course of a few months. Please be weary of their stupidity and shameful behavior.
Terrible
I have been using this site for years. Over the last 2 month they were doing a double up off on games. Through out this I earned 3000 points. I did not received these points. I have been reaching out to them for a month and I have been ignored. If I open a new enquiry they tell me to not. I have had only 1 reply in 2 weeks. No further information. They have stolen all of these points that works out to around £150. I will not be using them again until they give me my points and will never recommend them again.
50 cents for 15 minutes is absurd. They mostly used to have, on average, $1 surveys for 20 minutes which wasn't great compared to some other sites but somewhat acceptable. Now I've just got to cancel because it's a waste of time. Especially when you factor in that sometimes there are errors which won't get you paid anyway.
Opinion outpost have spent hours and hours, it's been week and never got any money... Look like real $10.00 but realized it's only a dream with them, hey piggy and junkie - you actually get pocket change to buy drinks and snacks. I will never see anything for putting in hours answering questions. They are fake scammers.
They waste a lot of your time. They make it very hard to redeem rewards. So called new accounts that have been created months ago can be under review for weeks after you try to redeem your rewards. Many people said that they did not even any get rewards.
I have over 600 points and when I go to redeem I get an error message saying my account is under review. I've been a loyal member for several months now. They always have an excuse as to why it's not working and I've been trying for a month and a half to get my reward points. I am disabled and unable to work so little bits and pieces like this I really count on. It really makes me angry that these companies get away with this.
They have you answer so many questions and when you think you're done they tell you that we're not a right fit. What a waste of time! Will definitely not recommend this site to anyone.
EVERY SINGLE SURVEY I attempted or completed took 3 to 5 times longer than stated. Too many false starts also... took an average of 8 minutes to find out I didn't qualify for a survey, and when I did qualify, a "20 minute" survey was taking me 4 to 5 sessions of 20 minute each over the course of 24 hours (no way to sit still and answer a 20 minute survey that takes 2 to 3 hours. I suspect that my total time invested in my $5 amazon gift card was 10 hours... that's an amazing $0.50 per hour and I would have been better spent watching the worst TV shows on earth. Run. Run Now. Run Away!
After almost completely finishing 2-30 min surveys I got booted off the website. Very frustrating! 3 hours of my time equated to a $5.00 gift card.
Do not join as they work with other companies that share your information you will be inundated with spam calls and emails. You have been warned
Furthermore, the likelihood of even doing 1 survey/30 is extremely low. The rejection rate is absolutely absurd.
I can say without any hesitation that this place is a SCAM
I started finishing surveys so they decided to not pay me even though i answered truthfully on everything spent days answering questions All that time wasted they didn't pay me just froze my account permeantly
They let you get to the end of the survey then say there's better suited surveys for you. So they waste your time and get their survey questions answered while not rewarding you. Makes me not want to put any effort in anymore, such hacks.
I just took 12 surveys in about 4 hours and only passed 2. What is really frustrating is going through at least 3 of them all the way to the end and being told I don't qualify. That should be done in the beginning so that I am not wasting my time when I could have been taking other surveys. Looks like I will have to go back to lying on the surveys in order to get more rewards, like I use to do.
Such a waste of time. You'll click a survey. They ask a few qualifying questions, alright sure. The you are given a survey. You spend 5 tp 15 minutes answering questions that seem like an other survey you've done. Then after all that time invested it tells you you do not qualify or the survey filled up. You dontneven get a small amount of points for your time like other survey sites do if you answer questions but don't qualify. Still ko other survey site asks you so many questions just to tell you you don't qualify. I think they are getting the answers they want the kicking you out do you get no points or compensation. Happens over and over, it's really hard to even complete a survey.
I figured I would sign up for it and give it a try. My very first survey was over 30 minutes long. When I got finished with it it said I was not credited for the survey because I did not take it seriously. What the heck!
Worst I ever they stole my money f****** scumbag. I can't believe it's still a legit company for all the bull$#*!
I have cashed out before in the past, but the surveys are 15-25 minutes long. Opinion Outpost once banned me for no reason but they rescinded the ban. They'll ban you, claiming there were "inconsistencies" in your answers but the real reason they ban users is because they cash out too much. If a person cashes out $100 in paypal or Amazon Gift Cards per year, they'll ban you--even if you are truthful.
Dont waste our time theyll take all youre information so that youll end up not having anything lol.
#scam #waste of time
Opnion Outpost is a fraudulent site for several public and personal reasons, I will start with personal reasons the most important of which is that it suspended my account after I collected 200 points equal to $20 without giving any convincing reasons
Plus I was completing the survey and didn't get its value and when I called the support I didn't get any response from them... these are some personal reasons.
General reasons in short the support is poor and the rewards value compared to many sites is very poor and also they don't have rewards based on games or shopping like other sites plus that when I upgraded my account before I didn't notice any change in the value of the surveys or I became a premium member with them.
In the end, I do not recommend this site because it is a scam and does not value its customers
I've been using it off and on for the past couple weeks, and once it got past the grace period of them verifying my account or whatever, it's worked just fine. Granted, like most survey-taking sites, you might have to take quite a few before you get some credit but here's just it: Opinion Outpost has a very low thresh hold for payout. It's not very hard to get to a hundred points at all. I can do it fairly idly within a week at most, typically a few days, compared to Inbox Dollars, which generally takes a month or more to get the basic denomination needed to cash out to Paypal. Now granted, a hundred points is only $10. Unless you put your nose to the grind stone, and are the perfect demographic for every other quiz you take, this probably won't amount to much of a side hustle, but it's a pretty quick and easy ten bucks and you don't have to wait days for the transfer. Using Paypal it's pretty much instantaneous as if you called a friend and told them to send you money via the service.
(usually I don't do this sort of thing, but after using to consistently and getting several easy payouts now, I'm really quite baffled by all the bad reviews, maybe I'm just lucky, but given that I'm not really a very lucky person when it comes to this sort of thing, I wonder what's going on.)
Answer: I had this happen and got a response to my second email that my account had been permanently suspended due to data concerns. This was a bunch of hogwash as I had been a member of this panel for YEARS without issue and never changed how I answered surveys. You may not get a response and my suggestion is to forget it and STAY AWAY from this and IPOLL
