I ordered two bras from here two months ago but they've never arrived and they are not helpful when I make an inquiry. They just tell me to be patient and use their tracking, which shows nothing. It indicates my package hasn't moved in five weeks. I don't know if I'll ever see my money or order again. I guess I can try going through my credit card company to get my money back and hope it works.
Transaction was fast and easy. Prices were very good!
The delivery & products were as expected. I really have nothing but great feedback on the products. The pouches are sturdy, sealed great, holds in liquid well, the straws are colorful flexy straws and it was exactly what I was looking for. I will order from OpenTip again.
Waited nearly as month asit was sent from China. Customer service was not helpful. Requested change of payment type to use funds received for a community volunteer project and they refused, even when use of the visa card did not work on their system when I initially ordered.

I bought a rabbit hutch which was poorly made. I spoke to customer service and told them they basically told me I couldn't return it.
I did receive some very badly needed food items, but only about half of my order was ever sent. The other half was never sent, and after several weeks I asked to be refunded. They refunded me for my items, but refunded only $8.00 of my $108.00 shipping fee. The heaviest part of my order was never sent.
Placed an order one way and got the exact opposite no refund theyll just sell you more bags. Customer service is awful save your worries and do not order from here. Its a scam
The order was delivered on time by the date given. I was very pleased with the quality of the product. We were able to adjust each tie accordingly. The girls loved them.
We placed this order almost a month ago. There is nobody to talk to and they will not guarantee delivery.

The flannel boxer shorts were the nicest ones I've ever bought. Well made with quality fabric and a wide elastic waist band. The button fly is also nicely done. Shipping was fast but expensive.

I bought the insert for my grunfos water circulation pump. Solved the problem and the cost was about 1/3 of a new pump.
It was quick and my item came within a few days. Very pleased.
Was not exactly like the picture but I made it work with a bit of modifications to air handler.
