We monitor reviews for authenticity
False discounts and credits. Always saying special discounts and then when I try to use the coupon and it tells me that the code has been used too many times. I have made quite a few purchases and I am really disappointed that you feel that you have to reel your customers in to make a sale. If you say I have a $85 credit then I should be able to use the $85 and by something for that amount or close. But, for your company to decide how much of a percentage of my purchase to subtract from the $ 85 is not right. I'm not sure if I will purchase agaIn,
Prices were not correct with advertising. WAY too many spam email the minute you click on their site. Shipping takes FOREVER and the quality is very poor. Still waiting on 2 missing items, no way to contact the real vendor according to the OpenSky on-line support person and it will take at least 2 business days for them to get an answer as to where these missing pieces are. Really poor business model. Going back to Amazon where they hold true to their word and stand behind products with an easy and predictable shopping experience. Save yourself the trouble and close the OpenSky site before you end up unhappy.

Ordered "Cize the end of Exercise" BeachBody DVD's on 1/24/17 and received them today 1/27/17.
Out of all of the bad reviews that i read, this transaction was perfect! And i plan on ordering the PiYo DVD's from the same seller!
I Spent over $500.00 with the company and could not get a simple 29.98 refund that I had already returned in original packaging. I would have bought (already had some things in my cart) -several more things, but my having to look up order#, tracking# and dates and to give reps and still have NOT gotten notification that my return was refunded. I am sorry to say that you LOST a VERY GOID future customer over a very simple refund. I sent 4 notes, and spoke with someone three times.
I ordered the Chalene Johnson PiYO DVD's, they arrived within 4 days, and I was ultra satisfied! But then... I ordered a few more things. Not only has it been 3 weeks since I ordered one product, but it hasn't even SHIPPED yet! I've spoken with 3 different representatives to ask if they could kindly just refund my money since the item hasn't shipped, and they almost refuse to do so! They keep telling me that they've contacted the merchant and if they don't hear back in 2 business days they will cancel the order and process my refund. Two other items, clothing items, I haven't received yet either and it's almost been 2 weeks since I've ordered them. I did, however, receive Bluetooth wireless headphones that are okay... crappy quality and they looked like they were previously opened and messed with. There were dirty fingerprints all over the buttons, not even a protective cover! Definitely a returned item, or used in some way. Gross. After I get this mess figured out, and receive the two clothing items I ordered, I will probably never order from this website ever again. I can't get a straight answer from anyone, and they clearly don't honor their own policies or customers' expectations. Yes, I did have ONE good experience, but I'm sure it's because Beachbody products are so easy and readily available... of COURSE it only took 4 days to get from there to here! So disappointed. Still waiting for my product OR my refund, whichever comes first.

Sizes are not even close. I ordered Large shirts, and they were actually small w a large label. If you get to exchange for another size, it will cost an extra $12-20. Very disappointing, clothes looked cute but are not even close in proper sizing. I sort of feel this is on purpose to get the exchange/return money

Yeah, sorta similar experience, mostly with size. Ordered sheets to fit double/full bed but the bottom can fit a queen with extra fullness left over. Also, 'tis "microfiber" not the bamboo I ordered/expected. Love the color, but a royal pain in the keister to change/put on again. Not taut when on, gets tangled up overnight. Too lazy to return cuz I figure it would take forever - and I can't find the same color in a brick & mortar store. If I ever change bed size (not likely though, just me & a couple cats!) I'm all set:-)
This was the first - and only - purchase here because the price was good; I haven't bought any more, shan't.

I ordered the "Aloe Vera Bamboo Sheet Set 1800 series" only to find that the label on the sheets reads: MICROFIBER. Not bamboo fibers... the sheets stick to each other and sleepwear and are translucent. Uncomfortable to sleep on.

I bought a purse, it was not what I thought, made of a horrible leather knockoff. I requested a return which was processed quickly and without knowing it took almost 2 weeks for a refund and they took $20 for it. I could have sent it back for $5.

I ordered a blouse from Open Sky, it didn't fit properly and I requested an exchange the same day that I received it. They have a 14 day return/exchange policy but they kept jacking me around for the full 14 days, saying they could not get a reply from the vendor they work with on this item. They finally suggested I simply return the item, then re-purchase the right size for me. When I went to do this they said my 14 days had expired and I could no longer exchange/return the item. Live and learn I guess, I will definetly never shop at this site again.

I ordered sheets and received a package with a King sized flat sheet and pillow cases, the fitted sheet was for a twin sized bed. The return process has been painful at best. It took 4 emails to get a return label and each time I had to explain the problem with the sheets. This would have been okay, except I emailed the same person each time. Personally, I would rather pay a little more for products and deal with a company that makes returns easier.

VERY POOR quality merchandise. Everything on website has an VERY inflated value. Customer service- TERRIBLE. I returned merchandise and never received a refund/credit. Several emails/communications back and forth only to learn that they are unable to locate my return, due to their lack of proper receiving documentation. How often can you find 'that' in a review - Great Customer Service. I received an email about an online offer and they requested that I call them. I call the number provided and after 2 rings - a real person answered. I didn't have to press 1 for English, or yell into the phone "speak to representative"... nope. A real human being answered the phone! I purchased several times from them for Christmas gifts and I called that same number again about a different order - and it went to voice mail (after a normal 4 or 5 rings) and I left a message - but making a mental note, that I will have to call back... because no one calls anyone back these days, right? WRONG! I was stunned. About 15 minutes later - a real live human called me back! Wow! Now I would give them 5 stars, but I have found cheaper prices for a few items elsewhere and they do have some of the cheaply made in China, type of stuff in just a few categories. So - that's the only thing that prevents them from getting 5. I'm giving them a 4.85! Excellent customer service and this was the 2 weeks just prior to Christmas. Gotta love speaking to a real live American, easy to understand human being!
I ordered a watch from them it did not work, I sent it back and it was refused.
I cannot get my refund without them having the watch, I have asked for them to send me a return label, but they are unable to do that because the can not prove I got the label what? They respond to my email but refuse to send a return label by mail. I will never shop with them again. Going on 3 months now still no refund.

I ordered two LG Pro Wireless Headsets that I orde re d because they said I had a $75 credit. The credit had no way to be used. I found a 20%off coupon, that worked. It still cost me $25 more than it would have on amazon and I have no headsets after 7 days of waiting. They said 4 to 5 business days. Had I used amazon it would have been 2 days. I'll never use them again.

Good customer service! Problems with the devices!
I again had trouble downloading pictures from my phone with the new device. We downloaded the app but it did not work. We cleared the app and reloaded it several times, but it still did not work. We hooked my daughter's device to my phone and finally got it to work. She switched the cords and was finally able to complete the download onto the new device, so we now have both devices working. So it appears there are still some glitches with some of the devices.
The Picture Keeper Connect is an excellent idea to get pictures off the phone, iPad and etc. and will be a hot item. I hope you are able to correct the problems with the devices.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
