This was the worst experience in my 20 plus years of buying airline tickets from agents. I bought a ticket I couldn't get e-ticket, nobody seems to know what is going on. They keep on the line for 30 minutes and transfer you to another agent who worst then the one you spoke with. End up missing my flight. Unless you want to have a headache or miss flight just stay away from them.
I purchased my tickets from OOJO on November 25 2021. On December 10.2021 I was at O'hare airport waiting to be checked for my flight. Apparently, the Indian government had canceled all visas issued before October of this year. I didn't know of this fact, so Etihad airline employees put my ticket on hold until I got my visa since it wasn't my fault. I also spoke to a OOJO representative who told me that I would only need to pay the differences in the fare. After my visa was approved, I contacted them to change the dates on my ticket. For the past 2 days I've been on hold with one representative then he/she transfers me to another one who tells me that "another" customer care department is in charge of cases like mine. Afterwards he/she tells me that I will receive a call back within 24 hours. Now 48 hours later (still waiting), I have not received anything. I'm a patient guy but this is just ridiculous. I would give them zero stars if I could. Trust me go somewhere else.

I bought two tickets at a supposed discount, they have yet to appear in my inbox. There is no customer service available whatsoever. I'm supposed to fly out tomorrow morning at 6AM and I have NO TICKETS.
AVOID THIS SCAM. All of the five star reviews you see here are astroturfing.

I did muy purchase, they have a terrible verification system and they put on hold your tickets until they receive your picture of your card and ID... this was very uncomfortable to me, but because this is an emergency flight, I did it.
They take long long long and long times to call you back, and also any time I called them they never have solutions, they also hold money in my mom card but because she couldn't check in her banking account the holding they didn't accept my mom purchase. My question is, this is trustable? I mean, is this normal? Why they need a confirmation like that? This is crazy, I am having a very bad family situation and I need to go back to Spain as soon as possible, and this people is playing with us and I don't know the motivation behind all this.
I don't want to forget that in the middle of all this situation, I received a wrong flight information with the name and flight of other person... why?
I just pray the God made justice between them and me!

The customer service is terrible. I bought a ticket to Europe during the covid and the told me there there is no penalty to change the date. However when I canceled and I asked them to put a new date the ask me $240 for service charge. They are a cheaters! I never seen anything like this before.

I had to ask for a refund within 24 hours of my purchase due to unforeseen circumstances and the team at Oojo was very pleasant about refunding the full amount of my flight.

This is the worse customer service experience I ever had in my life. Takes a full day to get anything done over the phone, when they pick up (many times the call goes literally to voice message)
The ticket protection they offer is also basically a scam.
Pay extra and buy your ticket elsewhere, no amount of money is worth the headache you'll have dealing with these people

Very customer friendly services. I had to plan a trip that included several destinations and none of the online tools could provide a solution to that. Then I found Oojo and called them to inquire about my trip. What I received was a perfect assistance and absolutely great price. I have nothing but praise words to say about this service. Keep up the good work!
They provided tremendous help with rebooking my flight twice. They helped to find a replacement flight in minutes. Representative was very polite and patient. I highly appreciate your assistance and will recommend Oojo to family and friends, as well as anyone looking for a trustworthy flight booking service.

DEAR OOJO: If you want business, stop asking for copy of photo ID and a face picture.
I usually use Rome2Rio.com for travel. It suggested cheapest flight with Oojo, and I never heard of them. I Google searched about the website authenticity, and it looked okay. So I bought tickets, then got a call about an hour later with a representative saying they had to switch it to a different airline, which is okay though unusual. Later that day, another call asking if I got the email to confirm my identity which requested that I email a photo of my face and a copy of my photo ID. Never had that needed before when buying an online plane ticket, mom and dad told me never give photo ID online, so it's too suspicious and I canceled. Might be legit, I won't risk it. I told them to cancel, it's been around 4 or so hours and all I see is a $0.77 charge from Oojo to my account, though I will watch it and report it if it still goes through. Maybe 2 or 3 hours after canceling, I got another call asking if I got the email for confirming my identity by sending copy of photo ID and my face picture. I told the representative that I already asked to cancel, and they were understanding and said the charge will be canceled. All the representatives I spoke to were polite, though only time will tell their authenticity.

I had hard time getting refund for tickets that was cancelled due to pandemic. Though the airline opened all the ticket for refund, the agent kept telling me that they hadn't received any information and they wanted me to call the airlines and get information for them. After much struggle when we got it refunded, only half the amount was returned to us. The airlines had clearly said that they are not charging any cancellation fee. So not a place to book a ticket at this uncertain times.
The agents are not customer friendly when it comes to refund. But when we call for booking the tickets, they are much friendlier.

I wrote a review earlier that the site is misleading about 24 hours cancellation and does not provide rules at the time of booking. But they informed me that they changed it now and refund me. I like that they followed up so we are in agreement
The people at Oojo.com seem to think it's ok to take your card details and pretend like you've successfully booked a flight, only to have you find out weeks later (whenever you think to double check) that you haven't actually booked a flight at all. Instead, they take your "booking" and treat it as a statement of what you're interested in, and will then send you offers of similar flights a week or two later, usually costing hundreds of dollars more. Always with some flimsy excuse (if you reach someone legit and ask) that it must have been a glitch in the system. Except that it happens again and again to hundreds of customers. I mean – who does that?
If you're buying something and the transaction shows to have succeeded, you want to move on with life knowing you've already taken care of that purchase (and not wait another few weeks until prices go up). I guess if they were clear upfront (or even after the transaction was completed) that "Oops sorry, we know you believe you've just secured this ticket, but we actually didn't secure it, and may get around to sending you a similar offer in a week or two," maybe some people might be OK with that, though I can't frankly imagine any serious person willingly going for that.
These people are scammers and need to be stopped. They've since asked me to take down any negative reviews and instead leave them positive ones. Happy to do so once they make a public statement openly acknowledging the scams they run, how they profit off of creating obfuscation and confusion in the booking process, and how they'll commit to stopping this behavior and becoming a legit airline booking company instead.

I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. These guys just want to make money off processing and hidden fees. They charge you for cancellation within 24 hrs which I have not seen anywhere else. Also even though the airlines themselves might be flexible, this company likes to add 250 of "processing" fees for any changes. Rip off

Easy transaction but when I tried calling customer service keep going to voice mail
They are scammer! I booked a ticket with them for cheap price, next day they canceled my ticket and they said we going to charge you$200 refund fee. They didn't refund $200

A completely different type of travel agency and experience. Seamless, fast and well-considered. I have nothing but praise to say as my agent led me through each step of the process and never rushed me. The price I got was more than affordable. All of my next bookings will be made through Oojo service.
I have bought 2 tickets from thier website yesterday. Now its been 22 hrs they still didn't issue my E-tickets i have caled them 6 time they just usd to say we cant do anything our travel agent will calm u back n assist u. I have wrote emails twice but same never heard back from them charges for tickets are pending ritenow I don't know what to do now never give business to this company in future very bad customer services

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
