One of the items for my project was sourced through an external vendor. I requested next-day delivery to meet my timeline. However, there was a significant delay in forwarding the order to the vendor, which resulted in a multi-day hold-up before the vendor even began processing it. To ensure progress, I had to follow up multiple times to confirm whether the order had been sent to the vendor. Unfortunately, this delay has now impacted my project timeline.

We ordered 2 pcs of stainless angle 6 x 6 x.375 x 2" LONG
Would have been nice if you would have made both pcs the same.
One was bang on 2" but the other was 2.125" +/-
We made it work for our application but would have been difficult to trim the one pc had we needed to to get them the same.
When ordered custom cut pcs, Would expect a trim cut done and then the 2 units cut at the same time and length.
As this was within tolerance its expectable but not great on the customer service level i expect.

Ordered some metal for a small project and the prices were great. I went in since I live close and was helped quickly with my order ready on the table. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be buying my metal stock from here now.

Even though Online Metals is over the border, it's still cheaper than buying small quantities of material from Canada. Shipping is expensive but still the overall price is awesome.

The order was recieved very well, The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because I did apply for net 30 terms, I have been in business since 1980 and have paid my bills in 30 days or less, But was turned down for opening an account with On-line Metals and was given no reason why?
