The customer service was great and the communication also great. I was shipping the New Zealand and the only disappointment was the alloy was shipped in 2 containers instead of one costing me 2X what it should have. When it all arrived it would have easily fit in one tube.

No issues with the seller or product. I ordered a 3x2x24 inch steel angle iron. I do not remember my order number. I have already done some fab work on the angle iron and have welded/painted it on my cattle trailer. I cut down the entire 2 inch side by 5/8 of an inch so it barely sticks out pass the light fixture. It looks like it came on the cattle trailer.

I usually have quick turn around and pretty good service with you guys but this project cost way more than expected. Parts took alot longer to turn around and when talking to associate the shipping cost was not quoted correctly. I was under the impression shipping would cost under $100 and it ended up costing more than the mtl even though you guys took a week to get this placed I paid the price it would have cost to just get a full sheet here locally. Your site only shows $10 as shipping I am guessing this is handling fee. Either way not happy with how this was handled.
