All of the above make this a very valuable source.
In my experience few companies are able to operate online at this level of competence.
Although embarassing, I honestly need to add that they fix my stupid mistakes without complaint.

My aluminum sheet arrived as time estimated, during inspection i noticed:
- Couple places have dents on the edge ( minor)
- Sheet protected by a strong plastic film on both side.
- Exact size as i ordered.
- Thickness is exact as stated ( I measured by a micro meter).
Over i rated this company 4 stars, 1 star subtracted by high shipping cost.

Received order #*******066, but there is shipping charge mystery. I ordered 6 pieces Al2024T6511 1" x 1/4" x 6". Shipping charge was $39.55. When I was assembling order, I also wanted 6' piece of Al6061 5/8" tubing. Weight of that piece was about 1 pound. When I added that to order, shipping charge jumped to $75! Adding 1 pound to a 10 pound order shouldn't do that. In addition, all stock was 6' long so the tube should have fit in the same mailing tube so no size upcharge. I removed the tube from the order.

I ordered a piece of material that appeared to be readily available on the web site. I chose overnight shipping at checkout. The next day the order just said "processing" so I called customer service. The reps were friendly and helpful but the material was not in stock and was shipping from an outside vendor. I was told a substitute piece was available in-stock. I requested that piece be shipped in addition to the one coming from the outside vendor. Unfortunately, this did not happen. It took two more calls to customer service over the next couple days to finally get the second piece shipped. In the end, they both arrived the same day and I was able to cut and deliver the rush parts I had to make. This was a rather stressful experience, given the emergency nature of the job I was working.

The.8125" diameter AL bar I received had spots (material imperfections) in the material after machining. The 1/2" diameter bars were perfect, thank you.
