They took my money after that the site crashed i emailed for a refund that denied it at first then approved it and now 11 days later still no return and they refuse to help me or connect me with a supervisor because i dont have an account.

Had trouble understanding some things, customer service some not enough knowledge of what I can do. Besides that, it was good

The best price for the preparation of divorce documents. It took me around an hour to complete the questionnaire, and I got quality documents two days later that the court accepted. I am very satisfied.

The algorithms work flawlessly. I reread and checked all the completed forms, but there were no flaws in the design, and the court unconditionally accepted all the papers.

I had a straightforward divorce with no property or children, and they could not get the paperwork right. It was rejected by the courts 6 times until I finally figured it out myself. My divorce is done and they still sent paperwork to complete thinking it was open. It took over a year to complete my paperwork no thanks to them. I've reached out to address the issues with them and I got just the response I expected. They offered no resolution and their rebuttal didn't even make sense. They are so incompetent that they think they sent me paperwork last week when really they sent me that paperwork in May and I've finalized my divorce since then. Their customer service is not helpful at all and even though they put you on for 10 minutes so they can read your file, they still have no clue what is going on with your case or how to fix the problems they created. I would definitely avoid especially if your divorce is friendly. Just go get a mediator and getting it done quicker and easier than this company can.

There is nothing to it - no need to understand divorce law and no hassle of figuring out which documents to use. All the forms are chosen and filled out for you by the site. You only need to provide your details and required personal information.

I applied for a divorce in September 2020. I paid for the platinum services which were never completely rendered. The courts dismissed my case because my spouse was never served with the paperwork due to an issue with USPS. It took me calling repeatedly to get to a supervisor and even after that they refused even a partial refund because they can't control the mail... and I can? Plus, the supervisor was rude and condescending. I wasted over $500 on this company due to paying for the paperwork, platinum services and the monthly $24.99 subscription fee. Now I have to start on my own from scratch because they refuse to rectify the issue without me paying another $269 for platinum services.

The site is easy to work with, and the price is great for a whole package of documents. I'd describe it as a comfortable and reliable service.
