I was surprised that there are additional state charges connected with this to the tune of $250 dad gum dollars. Did you forewarn about this and I missed it? Or did you omit this fact intentionally? Consider me very surprised and so what advantage is this compared to conventional lawyer services?

They aren't accurate. They aren't efficient. They don't care about getting things done quickly. I have been trying to get my answers from the questionnaire onto the forms correctly for months. They aren't able to do it. And by the way they don't respond to emails so use the phone. And be patient because they aren't in any hurry to get things done. After all you pay them monthly until you get divorced. So you pay them for wasting time.
I don't know if I will ever get divorced by using them because things aren't going well. My recommendation is to explore other options.
