What I paid for was easy enough to understand. However, the constant hounding by the company in order to get me to upgrade to their premium service was ridiculous. Roughly 2 notifications per day from the company. One source was from a rep who would switch between calls and emails. And another seemed to be their automated system. Between the two, it was ongoing harassment, Going through a divorce is already tough enough on its own. Being on unemployment because of the pandemic and combined loss of household income makes it more difficult. Being repeatedly harassed to spend money I don't have became infuriating very quickly.

People were very helpful and called to see If I needed help with the questions on the forms. They called to see if had any questions.

I answered a few simple questions and my papers were ready to print in 2 days. I was able to review and change as needed.

Website was easy to navigate and prices were affordable

I pay 139.00 for a service that immediately asks for additional money for critical services that should be provided with the first fee.

The online questions were easy to answer. No problems when I went to file at the courthouse.

Got all the paperwork but not very good instructions to complete process... there are still many costs after the original cost

Frustrating. The forms would not save my answers and kept going back saying the form was not complete.

They only take your money and disappear!
We wanted simple divorce since we are not fighting about any issue and have no children. I took the online divorce service I filled out the questionnaire I checked million times to make sure it's all right. I got the document full of mistakes the company made! Their only responsibility was to fill out the forms with 100% information I gave them! And they mixed answers! Filled it out so incorrectly! Even didn't follow the form directions for ex- it says to write only last 4 digit of account number and they wrote there the whole account info! I'm so upset that I had to go through all the documents filling them out my self! Waist of money! Was better doing it by myself! Not to mention that I called them 10 times and they said they will call me back for help and never got back to me!

I appreciate this service. I thought it was pretty easy.

Pretty easy. Compared to the price of a lawyer it is much cheaper. I had some issues downloading forms and they couldn't or wouldn't come up with a solution

I would have used premium but not available to spouses living in Canada...
