They are one of the worst company in this Field I have ordered dry fruits and sweets for my relatives on diwali. They have delivered sweets from a local shop (dhaba type) and delivered dry fruits in plastic wrap. They charged 3K for the products. When I lodge complaint they did say that they will look into the matter as I have sent pictures of the products as well but after that they just disappear. I highly suggest not to send anything from this site. They are one of the fraudsters.

Have screwed my Anniversary royally. Thanks to team Onlinedelivery.
My wedding anniversary was on 02 Nov and had ordered a cake for 01 Nov. The cake delivered was way below acceptable standards and didn't match with what was shown in pic. So I clicked photo and send it to them. They assured replacement before 12pm on 02 Nov 17. Its 1325hrs now and still waiting. And reply given by customer care is, " dont worry it will come". Sorry is it a free service you are poviding?

I booked last night (24oct)@ 2306 hrs worth Rs 1298/ and by an error put in a wrong delivery address of a different city for todays (25oct)delivery and then sent a mail at 2349 hrs for ammendment, and called one of the directors at nite too, though he did not receive the call at midnite.He did call today to enquire though for the reason of the call.

Today (24oct)morning@ 1000 hrs I called the help desk and told them that the delivery to be executed today (24oct) itself of the same product in a different city and in 20 minutes they confirmed the correction has been done and even confirmed with the bakers and told me that since my msg was too large for the cake should they put it on a accompanying greeting card, I agreed and about 30 minutes (1600 hrs-24oct) back I got the confirmation from the addressee my Sis and Bro in Law that they have received the lovely bouquet of flowers and a Choclate cake to their delight just in time for the evening tea time celebrations. Their 10 MARRIAGE ANNIVERSARY. Thanx onlineDelivery.in!
