I ordered a Black Forest Cake for My parents anniversary. 5 Kg Black forest Cake.
They delivered some kind of chocolate color cake claiming it to be Black Forest.
And believe me cake was so stale, that I had throw the piece even after one bite. This is the worst cake I was ever eaten. Adding to that their team was so rude, calling me liar. Why would I lie, when we order cake for our happy occasions. They have successfully spoiled my parents 49th Anniversary Celebration.
Very very disappointed. I ordered some flowers as a surprise for Mother's Day. I am so disappointed as the website said that it would deliver it on the same day. It didn't deliver it yet. I ordered it on 9th May. I will never be ordering from this website. They are not responding to messages I'm sending either. Horrible customer service.

I had ordered a bday gift of a stuff toy along with cake and flowers.
Surprisingly, they have split the order on their own will and proceeded to deliver the stuff toy on their own accord ( further to add to it, the consignee was called to come and collect it - after paying additional delivery charges) and killed the bday surprise. While confronting this with the customer service, they have called up the consignee and not the person who has ordered and went ahead with the delivery while discussing to get it delivered on the same day!
The reason when I reached out is that only cake and flowers are delivered on same day and the stuffed toy is done well - whenever they please within 3-5 days from date of order.
On the checkout page it does not mention this and provides you with a delivery date ( does not mention anything about split shipment or about the delivery time change in part of the shipment)
I wish i would have given a negative rating. I have ordered it from this website and have paid extra amount for specific time delivery. They have not even delivered on time but order was incomplete. Whatever flower and cake they have delivered the quality was so bad can't even tell you. It was an another level of embarrassment for me i was thinking it would have been betteri if i would have not even ordered anything, After making so many calls and dropping them several email there is no response from them. They don't even have a audacity to respond. Such a Pathetic website
Please do not buy from them. They are complete cheaters. They may not have the exact products displayed on the website. Even the customization option you have requested will not be implimented. The worst thing is once the order is delivered they may not even respond to your emails. Implemented
I order nuts and sweets for Diwali and the order actually was very shabby and different from what was ordered. Furthermore when sent an email i did not receive any reply until i chatted with the chatbot and finally the same time i received a rude email. I would not proceed anymore with the website its not authenticate. Attaching pictures as proof

My boyfriend ordered me some chocolates and they never delivered it. When I tried calling them, the number doesn't exist. Please don't ever order or get fooled by this app.

I had ordered a box of Ferraro rocher chocolate and it was not delivered but they update the order status as "complete"! When I called on customer support the lady said she will check and revert but they didn't and moreover they stopped picking up my calls!
