I ordered a birthday delicious cake from that site and I got some simple fresh cream cake. They have no rights to change my order. They could have simply cancelled my order but no they cheated me and ruined my occasion. This is unethical and unprofessional. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. BUNCH OF CHEATERS.
This is total fake website. There should be a regulation to address this kind of fraudulent activity. Order #******* is not been delivered nor refunded. No body responds on the email *******@onlinedelivery.in and no response from the call +91 88 600 400 33
The team took my order and money on 13-Feb-2020. They were supposed to deliver on 13-Feb. Till 15-Feb when I followed up there was no delivery of the product. On 16-Feb-2020 they updated as order completed even though there was no delivery done. The online service suddenly stopped responding to queries. Now I have lost the money and did not receive the good either. SCAM... Cheaters. Stay away from them
This online delivery is a scam they charge you and then don't give your delivery and then they don't reply as well it's a very big scam charge you like mad and then say we have changed your status. They sent me a status of delivered but when I confirmed it with the receiving party there wasn't any delivery made since 3 days i am trying to reach this scammers but no answer for now.
I ordered a cake for my cousin and it didn't reach her which means they have delivered it to the wrong person since they repeatedly said the package has been delivered. When I asked thier team about the receiver, they said the package has been received by a person who didn't reveal his name. I don't think you should deliver it to anyone else other than the person I have mentioned in the order details. I thought their site was much more professional than this. Also, I called their team, and they said they'll get back in touch, which didn't hapen as well. So, in conclusion, I won't ever purchase from this site and I think you shouldn't either.
Don't go by the taglines they have written on their website, they have extremely pathetic service. They have written assured delivery between 10am to 6pm, but they dont deliver on time. First time i ordered from this website and i have a really bad experience. Their customer support is also very bad, they will put your call on hold and will never return back.
Its 8:30 pm and my order is still not delivered and their customer support is from 8 am to 8pm, so their is no contact person also.
Please dont go for it...
For my son 1st bday I ordered a 3D cake of 3595rs. 5days before birthday itself I ordered it, previouS day I got call from customer care n told that cakes is not available for location, after a lot of call n what's app chats they told attached pic. Cake with same cost of 3595rs, plz c the attached pic of cake what they promised and what they delivered. I am very very disappointed for this as my son frist bday cake came like this later in whatsaap n call no response only. Pathetic service. Plz don't order from "onlinedelivery".
I ordered flowers for my grandmother's 80th birthday via this platform and they didn't deliver it. After accepting the order they didn't deliver it. When I called them the next day to check why it wasn't delivered they tell me oh ' it was not successful, we emailed you about it.' what poor service is this? My grandmothers 80th birthday is over. If I had known in time I would have made other arrangements but no - this company does not care about your sentiments. Avoid ordering from here if you don't want to be disappointed. I seldom write negative reviews but this one I will be sure to spread as much as possible. Not respecting ppls emotions is terrible.
