My husband and I purchased 2 tickets for this concert. Our total came up to $417 and some change. Once we printed out our e-tickets the print on the ticket stated that our seats costed $79 a piece. All the extra money spent were fees that was charged to purchase the tickets. We saw Jill Scott years ago with another main stream huge artist such as herself at the Phillips Arena. We had floor seats and didn't play this much. I don't understand why the processing fees are so high, but this type of transaction makes my husband and I discouraged to purchase through this company in the future. We enjoy concerts and go very often. We don't mind spending good money for good seats, but the fees shouldn't be what turn us away. We understand there will be fees, but at this amount? That's ridiculous!
We still have to cover parking and dinner.
Online city tickets won't get our business again.

Got to the show and sat in our seats and a worker came and said we have to get up right when the show was starting because we were in someone elses seats, when right on our tickets we were in the exact seats we were suppose to be! She said we have to go down to box office to get this sorted out because both of us were sold the same seats. So we missed the first 30 mins of the show and we had 7 kids wanting too see the show! We were all so upset!

Cost a lot more buying tickets from these guys than what it would have cost if I got them earlier at the venue. Oh well, that is what you get when you wait. Or in my case, I did not know David Byrne was playing until much later after tickets went on sale. Too bad society has to put up with this type of sales where companies buy up all the tickets and then turns around and gouges the public. This is about as close to scalping tickets as you can get.

They almost won't let us in! Yeah they called us FRAUD! I don't know why! I bought this tickets at a very HIGH prices when it's supposed to be $15.00 each! I am being RIPOFF BIG TIME! There is a little problem I have 2 tickets for me and my daughter for Cinderella coming up in May. I only saw the row and area when I purchased and 2 tickets which I assumed were right next to each other but now looking at them we are seat 9 and 11 so I hope if 10 is sold they won't mind letting me and my daughter sit next to each other. This was a little disappointing but I will hope for the best. So please somehow show seats before we purchase this was a bit misleading.

Beware of bad seats and hidden fees. It says I need to get to at least 100 characters so i'll keep typing. My tickets are addressed to Vince Lieb. Who the heck is that? Vince Lieb? Why is he charging so much more than the tickets really are? The price on the ticket say $25 yet I was charged about $62 each, all things considered. That's some trash. Come on Lieb.
