The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Fast, easy and a great way to buy tickets. Love the option for the instant download on the tickets. I will be using this website again in the future when buying concert tickets.
Fast and easy purchase. Some ticket sales websites are difficult to use and time out all the time. This was fast and easy and I hot email confirmation s right away via email.
DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased theatre tickets for my daughters for Christmas. The seats we received were not what I selected. I paid $500 for 3 seats and we were given 3 seats in the very back of the balcony. When I printed the tickets, the listed price was $25 per ticket! Total scam!
I am not sure at this time if I got the right ticket. I have someone else's name on it. Is this the person that once had the ticket that I bought from them? What about showing ID at the concert if needed. I now have two different names. First time for me doing this.
Looking forward to see Exactly what kind of deal I received seats etc. etc. REWIEWS need to be after the fact of the event attending
I was able to book my tickets to event and see general area where seats will be located. Only know that they are first row balcony but not specific seats. Charges for booking service and e-tickets are too high.
I want to give Josh a 100 stars he was very nice and chipper from the time he got on the phone till the end of the call! He helped me to get a ticket to see Iyanla Vanzant at Westbury Music Fair for this weekend just when I thought all hope was GONE he made it happen! And I'm in V. I. P! He is extremely patient and informative!
Keep up the awesome job Josh your great at what you do! Thanks again :)
THE SITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE, BUT I AM A LITTLE CONFUSED AS TO WHY I HAVE TO DO A REVIEW BEFORE I GET MY TICKETS.
Service charge is not made clear ($120 on $400 of tickets) until you go to check out. Most likely you pay the exorbitant fee as you are so pleased to be able to get the tickets at all.
Ordering was easy, I would use again for buying tickets. This will be my first time seeing a concert ar Mohegan sun
Found it really easy to get my tickets and i printed them out within minutes of buying them. They showed me everything I needed to know before check out and the service charges are 100x better than ticketmaster. I will use again for future shows.
Sure it was fast and very convenient but there are other places in which you can get cheaper tickets
Thank you for giving me an opportunity to meet the funniest people that I know and love. And I get to experience it with one of my best friends in the world
I have a confo number but I keep getting emails asking me to complete my order. It appears that Im being asked to choose sears and pay again. Please advise.
I liked this service. Thank you. Wish I was able to just show my tickets from my email to the vendor instead of having to print them off though. I have to go somewhere to print them cuz I have no printer at home.
Why to high of a service charge at 30%. A rip-off, which they hide till checkout and your emotional in, likely pay the exorbitant fee.
Yes, site is easy to navigate, however my less than computer savy mom just got duped into thinking it was the venue and was totally screwed by service charges.
Watch out. They use clever web addresses to fool people!
I feel like I have to do this review prior to the receipt of my tickets. Now Ill be on the look out
Lynyrd Skynyrd is a great band and is a band I have wanted to go and see for a long time so what better time than the present to take my family and friends to enjoy the concert with me you have made it very easy for me to buy the tickets and make it happen thanks for that I look forward to finding other events to go to with my family
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
