The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Would buy from again! The process to nuy was so easy and fast. I purchased them just a few hours before the show and i got them one hr before. I was abkenti chat with a real person to be sure i woukd get them which is a bonus.
Process was smooth as hell I wish there wasn't any service fee or it would've been better. I also enjoyed the manuverability of the website and it's functions, very versatile.
The ticket price add-ons totalled over $30! REALLY? The ticket price was $17. I bought 2. My total price was over $65.00.
Major scam site--this organization does NOT honor any of their '100% guarantee'. Purchased $600.00 worth of tickets in October 2017 for a July 2018 concert, 7/6 received an urgent email stating there was an issue with my tickets and that now my only option was to accept 4 general admission lawn tickets for an ampitheater when i originally purchased seats--the best jab is that they said well since the GA lawn tickets are now over $100 each, i still have to pay the same amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I don't know what y'all want me to say, I typically don't do reviews but yeah, got my tickets downloaded to my phone practically right after I purchased them so that was pretty great.
We bought tickets in OCTOBER for a Foo Fighters show on 7/7/18. They tell us two days before the show that they cannot fulfill the tickets. They are in the process of refunding so we will see. We bought from them as part of a promotional email so beware of any you receive from them.
I dont see my order online. This is my fisrt experience, I realize that it was a resell service, my bad.
Very disappointed to see that I paid about double the price for similar seats still available from other sites.
Same as above I dont feel I was given all the proper infornation before I placed my order I dont know why I have to use a certain amount of words before you will accept my statement
Online tickets is an awesome site. The security, promptness, quality, and very easy to find. Keep up the good work. Yall are awesome.
Thank you for you fast service! Easy to download and print my tickets. Posting a review was a bigger pain! If you want people to actually leave a review, Make it fast and EASY!
This process was very quick to see what was available as well as ease of ordering. The tickets were the expected price depending on where you are and I'm grateful I was still able to get a seat. Still uncertain about the parking situation but I'm hopeful it is plentiful.
Very easy to order, was more than the others but I was offered a coupon that made it cheaper than all the others.
Very good, it was easy to order and tickets came immediately in email with a link. I would just add an option to save to apple wallet as it didn't have that option.
If I was a little more carful in my web searching I would have clicked on the site of the concert's web site and would have saved about $40. As a disabled Marine Veteran I live on a VERY tight budget and that $40 would have went a long way that night.
We are all super excited for Charlie Puth. He is a favorite so thank you for bringing him to our favorite concert spot-Woodlands!
Two thumbs up. I will definitely use this service again and have used it in the past. I would recommend this service to anyone buying tickets.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
