A friend and I purchased 4 tickets for the Ac/Dc concert in Greensboro Nc. A few weeks ago my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer and her first chemo treatment is 3 days before this event. They will NOT refund the monies for any reason which is totally wrong. Make sure before buying ANYTHING to read up about the companies refund policy, if we would have know we would have NEVER bought tickets through this joke of a place!

Horrible experience

Do NOT buy from these guys. I purchased insurance as a back up for these tickets, but will ONLY get a full refund if the show is cancelled. I can no longer go and cant get the refund I was expecting. What was the point of insurance? This site is run by crooks. Don't waste your time and go to a major ticket site. I am beyond disgusted.

Guaranteed Section 115 ROW A for the ticket. Delivered ROW R... Paid top rate for tickets in the front row of the section yet they sold us tickets 17 rows back! Refused to refund tickets based on false advertising. High likelihood you will be treated the same way.

Thought I was purchasing tickets through presale from the actual venue, so I thought the services charges were what they were... Seats looked like a very good spot. After getting the tickets and seeing the actual price was 1/4 of what I paid and then they tacked on the $325 service charge. Called customer service and they had canned responses and very rude. I asked for a refund they offered a courtesy of $100 out of $1450 order. I asked for more and then they told me they would not give me the $100. I asked for a manager and listened to him raise his voice at me until I had a chance to speak then he gave me the $100...

They embed their website links on other good reputable sites Scamming customers to think they are getting a good deal.

This is no stub hub!

I paid for tickets that weren't even real! Great first concert experience/birthday gift for my son! Ill never see any money because the barcode was duplicated and used prior to getting to the venue unreal!

When I purchased my tickets for Dolly Parton's concert, I paid $115 per ticket and with the hidden fees, the total price was $308 for two tickets. My friend who was in the same section bought 2 tickets for $157 a ticket. When we got our tickets the price on each ticket was $42 per seat. My seats had been changed to a lower level and her tickets were in another section totally. When she called about the change in price she was told that there was nothing she could do... it was about the demand for tickets which were not selling well. This does not seem legal to me. Deborah

Purchased tickets to Wicked at Hobby Center in Houston from Ticket Master Web site. But Ticket Master site was hacked by Online City Tickets.

Online City Tickets charged our credit card 934 dollar worth of tickets to a show in New York not Houston on July 2, 2016.Sent no confirmation or information to us. We had no idea who Online City Tickets was because they did not use their their name on the credit card transaction. Our bank could not track the transaction either. On July 27, 2016 we received our first email from Online City Tickets.

They informed us our tickets would arrive by UPS, which they are due to arrive today. It is quite obvious to us that Online City Tickets Hacked Ticket Master Houston Site and this is a scam.

UPDATE: On July 28, 2016 OCT offered me $214.00 settle the dispute. NO

I bought tickets recently from online city tickets not knowing they were a resale marketplace. It was my fault not reading the entire page but i did notice once i got the confirmation email. I googled the site to make sure it was real and i hadn't just been scammed out of my money. This review site didn't help in the slightest. Everyone here is just complaining on the price and the customer service with titles like "THIS IS A SCAM!" which made my anxiety shoot through the roof. No one here was actually saying if the tickets were valid. Now while this might be true in every case i'd like to say /my/ tickets were 100% valid and i had absolutely no trouble getting in! I hardly slept in the two weeks leading up to the concert because i was so anxious. I even called customer service to try to calm my nerves and i had no problems with them either. If you get tickets to a sold out event on a resale marketplace you can expect high prices it's only normal so if you aren't okay with paying extra then deal with it.

Tl; dr
For anyone else that might be very anxious about the validity of their tickets: my tickets were valid and they state very clearly on the site that the tickets are valid so if they were a "scam" like people were stating they would have been sued off their a*ses by now!

I mostly made this post to try and help any other people who might be as anxious i was so if you're one of those people don't worry you're fine this site is real and you'll have a great time at the event :)

I purchased tickets for Janet Jsckson concert for January 23,2016. I purchased my tickets (2) right above floor level seats, in June 2015. Janet postponed concert having to do with her throat (allegedly). Concert rescheduled for June 13,2016 on a week night where I would have to take off work. Janet announces on national tv she is trying to get pregnant. Postponement again announced. I have requested my refund 3 times and they have refused. Now Janet is pregnant with twins and her tour is indefinitely postponed! Online Ticket City still refuses to refund my money!

Someone is making millions off the prepaid tickets and all the interest accrued on all those tickets, and continuing. Unfair, unjust, robbery in my opinion, and right now with them holding everyone's money hostage, opinion matters.

I want my money back. It has now been 1 year!

I WAS SCARED!

Ok I bought tickets for a SOLD OUT show and found tickets for great seats on here. Yes, they were REALLY expensive, BUT it was a sold out show that I wanted to see so it was worth it (because it was also a b-day present.) I was so scared after looking at reviews on here wondering if I would even get real tickets or good seats or never get the tickets at all. But the tickets came in on time and my boyfriend and I had an awesome time at the concert. They were REAL tickets and the ones I paid for. I was worried for nothing. I rated it 3 stars because it was SO EXPENSIVE, but as I said it was worth it.

Pros:
-Real Tickets
-Came in on time
-Exactly what I paid for

Cons:
-Expensive

I'm telling y'all if you want to see a concert bad and have no other option bc it's sold out... Get the tickets here. People rate this bad bc of price but you never hear the good reviews, only the bad. I'm here to tell y'all it's worth it.

NEVER AGAIN

I would think twice before using this "service". I received the tickets as promised; three days before the event. Keep in mind that this is a second party purchase so what I thought was the face value of $80 is really a face value of $41. The order code on my confirmation is completely different from the order code on the tickets I received which is for another event altogether. I'm really excited about going to see this event, but at the cost of a $107 fee into the pockets of the broker, well that just does not leave me with that warm and fuzzy, happy and satisfied customer feeling. Seriously, I will not use this "service" ever again. Too bad you can't do "0" stars cause I'm really NOT PLEASED AT ALL!

I paid $303.00 total (include shipping and handling) for two tickets to watch the soccer game in An Arbor, MI (Real Madrid vs. Chelsea) and I got $55.00 tickets (each - price marked) in the very last row.

I ordered tickets on June 24th for Kenny Chesney and was guaranteed my tickets prior to June 30th however upon obtaining the tracking number via ups was told that my tickets are stuck in Canada. I call the company and they tell me I will be going to that concert and a refund of the shipping charge took place. I call again and the manager Chris states he wasn't God and I'm SOL. HE CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND THE REFUND WON'T TAKE PLACE UNTIL AFTER THE CONCERT. I'M ANGRY AND EVERY REP AND MANAGER IS OKAY WITH WHAT TRANSPIRED TODAY.

Ordered tickets for Garth Brooks in a panic cause seats were filling. After, I received my email from online city tickets confirming my tickets but didn't tell me my seat and wouldn't get my tickets until two days before the show. I emailed online city tickets my concerns about how this didn't feel legit. They promptly emailed me back assuring me that there service were legit. Two days later another employee with online city tickets contacted me explaining things more thouroughly. I later got my tickets they were centre of the row on the floor I couldn't have asked for better seats.
Thanks for an awesome experience!
