Inflexible and heartless

The online app failed to change the date I wished to attend the event. This was not clear as I purchased the ticket. I placed a call immediately after receiving the download on my phone.
When I phoned, in hopes of exchanging the ticket for the desired date, I was told the purchase had processed and it was final.
I WILL NEVER purchase a ticket through this vendor again.

Loved the ease of purchasing tickets on this site and seeing the floor map to know where the tickets were for. Also loved how quickly the download of the tickets were received in email. This was a surprise for my husband for Christmas.

Charging in US dollars wasn't clearly shown on your site, instead it was in fine print that barely anyone can see. Last time I buy tickets off your site. Ended up paying 40$ more because of that

The site was easy to navigate, but additional fees for "service charges" and for instant downloadable tickets (no other delivery option available) were tacked on at checkout that weren't reflected in the original ticket prices--these fee increased the overall price by an additional $73 or so for two tickets.

On November 14th I purchased two tickets from Online City Tickets in the amount of $246. This was for Theresa Caputo at the Fox Theatre in Riverside, California. The show was on the same day that I purchased the tickets for, and after paying to park, waiting in a long line, walking up to the box office, was given the terrible news that the theatre only sells their own tickets. We were scared and screwed! After contacting Online City Tickets numerous times I was given the verbal excuse of "Sir, well of course the theatre wouldn't accept the tickets that you purchased, as many theatre's frown on outside ticket card holders selling to people". Does this make sense to anyone out there?!?!?!?!? I am screwed out of $246 and tell all of you readers to beware!

I am so upset this company is so bad. I chose good seats for $94.00 then they give me $52.00 tickets in bad seats and charge $56.00 handling so I paid $251.35 and it processed when I should of paid $104.00. DONT DO IT! I called and they were so not helpful in trying to help me.

What seats do I have?

I ordered tickets. I am told "row A-Q". That tells me nothing. I paid for tickets but now I have to wait until they are sent before I know where I am sitting... anywhere from row A to row Q. My order says I will have to use either an "IOS" or Android mobile devise to gain entry! What are they? I have no clue what they are!

I picked tickets online then and called and spoke to the company on the phone to make sure there was no one in front of me before i ordered? There is no more i could have done to make sure I was buying the tickets I was looking at on their website?. Over $1,100 dollars and I download the tickets and they are half way around the arena 10 or 12 rows back behind 100's of people?

Thought this was the official ticket site and was in a hurry, so I didn't investigate further. Payed double what the same tickets at the box office cost. My fault for not snooping around. I won't make that mistake again.

I was worried that this ticket site might not be legit. I did receive the tickets that I paid for the event and am very happy with the quick service to get them. I was worried it might take too long. They were sent to me within a week.

All fees were not disclosed until checkout, which was disappointing. It added another $30 per ticket or $120 to the total. I'd rather know all this upfront.

It took 3 tries to get the order forms completed fast enough to avoid the system declaring the session to have timed out. The timeframe needs to be longer.

The third time was the charm, as I got my order in, and downloaded the tickets successfully.
