BUYER BEWARE!
This place is a total RIP OFF. They charge exceedingly for the well over face value, which you expect to some degree but these guys shamelessly charge $200 + per ticket for processing fee and then you don't even get your tickets right away. Instead you pay them thousands of dollars and HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS before you even get your tickets... I'm still waiting. So we'll see. Fingers crossed that I even get the tickets.
I wouldn't give them any starts but had to give them something to submit the review.

Dazed and Confused

I'm still struggling with this issue of not having MY name on the tickets and the price being about 1/2 of what I paid. I wont use a third party source again.

Great transaction

I would have given it 5 stars, but I couldn't find anywhere on the website that the tickets would be in consecutive order in the rows. Had to call to clarify, which ate up 10 minutes of my night. No biggie overall. I will use this site again.

Online Ticket Purchase

I order the tickets online in October for a December 4th concert. I didn't receive the e-tickets until 9:10 p.m. on December 2th. I had to find a place to print them off. If I could have received them at least a week before the concert it would have been more convenient. I was worried that I wouldn't receive them on time. Too close for comfort.

It is nice to be able to purchase tickets from the comfort of your home. Tickets get expensive enough then you charge $16 a ticket to press a button. It should be one charge per order not ticket. A little ridiculous don't you think.

The ordering process on your site was very easy and convenient! However, I'm not sure paying about 3x the ticket prices and all of your FEES, made the convenience so worth it! Hence the 3 STAR review!

Ordered tickets 2 months before concert, spend $125 on a $50 seat. Ticket got sent to my spam folder the day before concert. Will not do business again. Horrible.

Would not do it again

Our tickets were not at will call as promised. Called emergency number. Alex who was the contact seemed to think that we got tickets for the 7 pm show. He was apologetic but by the time he got to the theatre with the tickets, the show was 15 minutes in! My 11 year old was upset and wanted to leave! We watched the show but that was not a good experience

I paid 317.99$ for 2 tickets on Online City Tickets. Finally the real value for each ticket was 52.75$ per ticket. I paid more than 200$ more that it actually worth. Do not trust this website. Never buy any tickets on it! They'll steal your money.

I ordered 5 tickets for the disastrous Sacramento Kanye concert, and was very concerned when refunds were being given that I wouldn't receive a refund because this is a resale site.
I did receive a full refund, including fees and all. Very happy.

Waste of Time and Money

Every Christmas my husband and I do something special. This is our 3rd Christmas together. We decided to order tickets to the Appalachian Nutcracker in Knoxville TN. I thought this website was based on the Knoxville area. I got a little confused with it. I went to order our tickets. We purchased tickets that were close to the front. $94/ea. I really didn't want to buy the tickets because of the price, but my husband insisted. By the time I got through ordering the tickets there was a service charge of $27.50 for each ticket and then $7 for delivery fee. They were EMAILED. I don't think that a click of a button should cost your customers $7. The tickets didn't even arrive on time. I had to call and ask for them. Then they came to me and said $35 on them. They also gave me seats in section Y when the confirmation email said I'd be in seats A-CC which I specifically bought the tickets for section A. Talk about being crushed. I paid nearly $300 for tickets that could have cost me $50 tops for the back row they gave me. Don't ever buy from this company. I'm currently on the phone right now trying my best to see what they can do for me. I warn you, please do not order from this company. I wish I had the power to shut it down.

I did not receive my tickets. I got an email that said they would be shipped by 7/21/17. I was charged around $7.95 so that I could download them. Now I cant because I am vacationing out of the country until 12/16.

USD charges for starters

I was disappointed to find that the charge was in USD! I went to a canadian company website and their ticket partner? Was a US company The service charges and exchange are outrageous. Then my tickets I found out could not be used by the intended beneficiary and cannot be refunded even though the purchase was less than 1 week old!
