Easy and fast with quick delivery. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the amount charged for the insurance didn't show up in the charges when paying. I went through the order 3 times looking for it before I finally pushed the buy button and subsequently found out that it was charged separately.

Easy and expensive

The whole process is easy to use and it worked like a charm. The only problem I had is they don't tell you about the processing fees, which I felt were high and then there was a $7.50 fee to send it electronically to me to print out. I don't understand a fee that actually makes the process easier for the company and costs them nothing.

The claim for ticket purchases are "Per our terms and conditions, requested tickets may sometimes be replaced with comparable tickets to the same event. All event times are subject to change; check with the venue for official start time."

We paid a hefty service charge and never received our tickets the day prior as promised. On the day of the event, they emailed us to download them and we discovered we were placed in a row 10 sections to the left of our original order, on the side of the stage behind the speakers and no view of the monitors. We left at intermission. Because we were one row lower, they claimed this to be an upgrade. By whose standards? Not ours! We specifically chose our section for the view and should have been offered the opportunity for a refund if the new seats were not to our liking and not to be told "these are not the seats you ordered but are better by our opinion." Why do they claim they have those tickets if they cannot provide them to you?

Buyers Beware! The 4-star rating is deceiving.

I paid $142.50 for two tickets and the face value of each ticket was $17.80. I understand the service fees and the download fees however I just can't get over the inflated price of the tickets. Id really like to cancel my order!

I purchased tickets in August for a show in early December. They wanted payment then and promised delivery within a few days. I even received this request for review if I had received my tickets. I did not get these tickets until 2 weeks prior because, they said, the seller had not received the tickets. So why sell them that early? I guess I would have been out of luck if the seller had changed their mind so late. I paid $110 for $50 tickets. What a scam!
