It was an easy to use website, fast service and would use again as needed in the future and would also recommend to others when buying tickets

We are really pleased with the ease at which we were able to get our tickets today for a late purchase. Thank you! I read the details about the name on the ticket indicating the original seller. I'm satisfied that the handling/processing fees and the e-ticket download fee.

Online city tickets is an extremely quick and easy way to purchase event tickets. I received an email with a link to my e-tickets within minutes of my purchase. You can't ask for better service than that!

The on-line download was easy and fast. I absolutely like the view of the stadium so you could see what it looks like from the seats before you buy them, and it also gives the price as you scroll over the sections. Not sure how people had trouble since you type all of your own information in. I had tickets in my hands in just minutes.

I am not happy that I was lower to the tickets with a reasonable price and hit with two service fees and a ticket download fee. They would not forward the tickets via postal service and/or email. In addition, Michael Kaufman (someone else's name) is printed on each ticket. For that reason, I rate the site one star. I would not refer this site to a friend or use it again in the future.

Good enough. Little confused why I had to pick to get the tickets electronically when it said the tickets I got had a guarantee in hand delivery around the 18th.

The amount of service charges are ridiculous but the site was friendly and easy to use. Although trying to put in my payment information was difficult when it didnt go through. It could only tell me that something was wrong with what I submitted overall. Not that it was a problem with payment.

They appear to be selling standard tickets, they are not. They are resellers- they charged double plus added $66 of fees that are very difficult to see until it is too late.

DO NOT BUY!

I am not able to give a review at this point of time about the tickets that purchased, but I can say that this site if very easy to use. I will follow up this review if possible after the concert.

HELP, someone elses name was on the these seats and I was charged WAY more than the $126 it said - Came out to $167! What is going on?

Went through the process of purchasing my tickets online on my laptop, had no trouble at all. Extremely quick and easy for me, was emailed just seconds afterwards my confirmation and was able to download and print my eTickets!

It was easy to order and we received the tickets in two days. I have them printed. I was ordering tickets to a show that I knew would occur at the place indicated. I really don't know what else to say. I got tickets for a show I wanted to go see, it was easy to order, the tickets came by email quickly and were printed and in hand.

Th for making it easy the prices were great I got my seats right where I wanted them and would6 gladly do business with these guys again

Thieves! Do not purchase tickles through these criminals. The concert was cancelled because the venue was still under construction and when I called to get a refund, they refused.

No line ups or crowd's just sit in front of your computer and type away.

The ordering of the tickets were fast and received them before the date advised. I think it's ridiclous you require 100 characters for a review.

The price on my credit card with $238 more than the actual bill.the bill online was 977. Plus change yet they took 1248 plus change on my credit card

Site was very user friendly and will highly reccommend it. Looking forward to the concert with my daughter.
