On my tickets it says you may change my seat and that I may loose my place. What the...: it's my birthday and also my one year marriage celebration day. What the hell do you mean your gonna mess up my order... idk just seemed sketchy I hope you guys do your best to make it amazing I already payed...

The tickets I purchased were not only over priced with multiple 'service fees' but the customer service is horrible and to top it all off, they won't even refund my Luke Bryan tickets. Do yourselves a favor and do not purchase here. Go straight to the source and you will be much more satisfied. Guaranteed!

I take it all back - one of the worst experiences ever. They cancelled the tickets because at some point earlier some time ago they provided tickets that i never received. I disputed the charges therefore and now they will never do business with me again. Watch out for these people. They are not to be trusted

Please do NOT use online city tickets. For what I paid for tickets, I should be right up front. Instead I'm way in the back in awful seats. I could have go online myself and got better tickets. You got me once! You won't get me again...

I didn't realize I wasn't dealing with Erie insurance arena directly. Only when I went to print my tickets did I realize they tripled the actual ticket price for my event. $112 for a $45 ticket then they added service fees...

Fraudulent tickets

We bought tickets two month so ago to attend a concert in Boston. We drove 1.5 hours, paid crazy parking fees, waited in long lines to get into the show only to be pulled aside because our tickets could not be found by the venue's ticket scanner. The manager at the venue told us our tickets were copies and fraudulent. We immediately called the number on the website and reached someone named Will who laughed at my brother and sent us another email with the bad tickets. We went to three different people at the venue to try to get our tickets to work but we couldn't get into the show. Not only were we laughed at by the customer service rep but he then put us on hold for an hour and a half until we hung up. Awful service, awful customer service. I wasted hours of time and still didn't get to see the show.
