I bought tickets because I was lead here by a fake site to fool people to believe you were buying them from the venue. I paid $95 per ticket plus a $27 fee and tax on top pf it only to find out they were $65 tickets they bought and then resold. When I get to the venue and ask why the tickets wer double the price, I was told it wasn't their site and they could not say if the tickets were good. They told me this was a scalper site and it was made to look like their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Im not a big event attender, and I am not a fan of ticket vendors... but it was last minute, reasonable charges and quick. All in all a last minute plan came to be... ok... yes Id do it again. 2 $4 tickets Joel Osteen, cost 18.50... a little high... but I was happy to get the last minute tickets

My husband bought tickets toa Darius Rucker concert in our city. The sales agent told us we'd be getting assigned seats and we paid $200 more than general admission tickets. When we got to the concert, we were forced to sit in the very top of the general admission seating. We called Online City Tickets to complain. After talking to many people, Jarrell the customer service manager stated that he listened to the recording from our original conversation when we purchased to tickets and we were in the wrong. He refused to play the recording or provide a transcript and stated that we should've been more careful when purchasing. He insinuated that we are stupid several times. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

I though I was buying tickets from my local venue for my daughter's ballet, but somehow was redirected to online city tickets. Right after I purchased the tickets, I realized what must have happened, tickets were more than double what they should have Benn, went back to the local venue site (had been redirected to online several times), but was able to get to the correct place to purchase tickets for family the following day. I immediately called online city tickets to cancel my order, since I was redirected and scammed. I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone and they refuse to give refunds. I immediately called my credit card company, and they too tried to call online city tickets, with no luck. Credit card company told me this happens sometimes, when people are redirected without their knowledge, and that usually companies like this will not refund, even with disputing the charges. I will still try to dispute the charges and see what happens. Online City Tickets is a scam!

ITS A SCAM. $50 PROCESSING FEE ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AND THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES AS WELL. Please do not use the website onlinetickets.com. I learned this lesson in the hardest way. Yes i got the ticket, i waited for two, which was completely unnecessary, i could have bought it directly from ticketmaster(w/ no service fee. I cant do a refund from onlinecitytickets. Damage: $200+.
This is a hard earned lesson for me, i wish i have seen this reviews from the start.

Super simple to view the seats and make the purchase. Confirmation of purchase was fast. We were also offered the opportunity to purchase insurance to receive a full refund of the ticket price if we couldn't make the event. We declined, but it's still a great option.

We were surprised, however, by the $14 ticket processing fee per ticket. I wasn't expecting that at checkout, so I was a little disappointed. Also, there is a $7 fee for receiving the tickets by email. I would have preferred to have received them by mail to avoid that fee, but I wasn't given the option to choose anything other than email delivery. Another disappointment.

Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others!

Great app. Only one thing though got my e- tickets and had someone else's name on it. The FAQ did say I could still use the tickets even though it had someone else's name on it but that's just odd.

I would give a 5, but would have liked to known the seat numbers in the row before ordering. Very easy site to maneuver around to see different tickets for the concert. Color coding of the areas made it real nice to figure out where the tickets were at.
