The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I don't want to stay giving reviews so I can get my confirmation. Also, 100 characters? Really? This is so annoying
Little nervous about ordering stuff on line and not actually having the hard copy of a ticket. But have issues with my building An stuff being mailed to me
I don't understand why I have to give a review just to get a confirmation, it was easy & convenient but I don't like the way that the whole system is in order to get my tickets
I have no info on my order you suck I called your number and cant talk to a person this is the worst experience I have ever had buying tickets I thought I was buying from comeriaca not you
I got tix to a show I want. Great! BUT- could not tell where in the row- turns out seat 10 and 11 and I was hoping for end of row- or at least not in the middle...
Also the handling fees almost got me to cancel. Added $65 to what I thought price was.
Little nervous about spending as much as i did and then getting a screen shot from someone else's phone. It will break my son's heart if they don't work when we get there. Customer service was very helpful. Lots of complaints about the fees from other reviews but if you actually read all if the literature they provide you they explain that the price of the tickets goes to the seller and the fees go to online city tickets for updating the website and paying their employees. That's business. How would they be able to provide the service otherwise. Now let's hope its not all a scam. I don't have a lot of money so thus is a big deal for my son.
Dont like the instant downloader fee if my tickets are 35 dollars that what should be paying besides taxes
Ok service was fast and emails were sent quickly. Price was a little expensive will see how rest of information comes along
I don't want to have to give a review in order to get my confirmantion. It's annoying and caused me to give a bad feedback. It should be optional. Not required
USING ONLINE TICKETS.COM WAS FAST AND EASY TICKETS WERE IN MY INBOX IN LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND.
Extra fees were outrageous. Customer gets hammered by nonsense. You should fix that. Will not recommend site simply because of fees. Other then that it was good
Very good easy to navigate and would use and recommend to others the only drawback is this survay too long to do
The shopping experience was easy, fast and convenient from start to finish! I didnt come across any technical difficulties whatsoever, could easily scan my options and had no trouble making a selection.
Easy to order seats with a goog seating map. I assume the prices were ok. This is my first time using this service and I hoping that we get the exact seats we order.
Worst customer service. Be aware, they have authority to reassign your seats within the same section. They can originally issue you seats in row 1, then change them to row 30 and you can do nothing about it. I had to select 1/5, but they actually dont even deserve a zero
Absolute rip off. We pay for tickets to an event and along come these parasite companies that rip us off for service charge after service charge.
Beware - transaction is easy and fast. However they charge outrageous service fees per ticket! BEWARE!
I was very happy with the process and look forward to using the website again in the future. My wife and I have been waiting a long time to see the Transiberian Orchestra and are very happy to be going.
Getting hung up on by a representative is the most craziest experience I have ever had. I purchased tickets with over night ups delivery 2 days ago and still have not received a email confirmation on a delivery date. At this point I am thinking we will not be receiving our tickets and I will NEVER use this site for another event. Now it is how do I get my $$ back because you know that was deducted immediately from my account. They have not made a effort to make this right. I will get my $ back one way or another.
POOR POOR POOR
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
