I got tix to a show I want. Great! BUT- could not tell where in the row- turns out seat 10 and 11 and I was hoping for end of row- or at least not in the middle...
Also the handling fees almost got me to cancel. Added $65 to what I thought price was.

Quick and easy

Little nervous about spending as much as i did and then getting a screen shot from someone else's phone. It will break my son's heart if they don't work when we get there. Customer service was very helpful. Lots of complaints about the fees from other reviews but if you actually read all if the literature they provide you they explain that the price of the tickets goes to the seller and the fees go to online city tickets for updating the website and paying their employees. That's business. How would they be able to provide the service otherwise. Now let's hope its not all a scam. I don't have a lot of money so thus is a big deal for my son.

Worst customer service. Be aware, they have authority to reassign your seats within the same section. They can originally issue you seats in row 1, then change them to row 30 and you can do nothing about it. I had to select 1/5, but they actually dont even deserve a zero

Terrible customer service

Getting hung up on by a representative is the most craziest experience I have ever had. I purchased tickets with over night ups delivery 2 days ago and still have not received a email confirmation on a delivery date. At this point I am thinking we will not be receiving our tickets and I will NEVER use this site for another event. Now it is how do I get my $$ back because you know that was deducted immediately from my account. They have not made a effort to make this right. I will get my $ back one way or another.
