The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I purchased my ticket and within five minutes I got my online ticket. Good service. Thank you for the good service. I will highly recommend you to anyone in search for a show/concert ticket.
The order process was very smooth and each step in the order process was easy to follow. Confirmation of the order and the downloadable tickets came within seconds after the order was placed.
The process is smooth but $66 for two tickets is a bit excessive - oh well I am sure you are smiling. Its the 2 Cellos that should be angry - they are missing out on great revenue due to your incredible greedy attitude.
I would like a better description of the seating options to look at. You can't tell what rows your in or if the seats are consecutive. However, purchasing was very simple once you checked the Landmark website seating map to be sure about the seating location. Not the worst, but not the best. I'll take it,
Multiple service charges; then when I got my tickets, the price on the ticket was $55, I was charged $94 before any of the service charges; paid over $200
Received tickets in great condition. That said, a service charge of $126.88 for four $65.00 tickets (printed on tickets when I got them) listed at $104 each on your website, is excessive. Again, MY fault. Won't ever order from this site.
This site over charges ppl with service fees per ticket of 50 plus $ and the a fee for email charge u end up paying close to a 100 more for ur tickets than u should will never use this site again BUYER BEWARE
This is the easiest and best online purchase that I have ever made. Absolutely the best. Thanks for the pleasant purchase experience.
Happy with the service, easy to use the site and the ticket download worked flawless. I did think the service fee was a bit high though.
The pay pal option didn't work. After clicking submit, it would complain no payment option was selected even though I clicked pay pal numerous times.
Also I felt the service fees were a bit high.
I am just trying to get my ticket and this site is very annoying, any idea why I have to complete some Mickey Mouse survey in order to confirm a purchase... apparently I have to continue babbling on and on and on and on... this is fracking ridiculous
I purchased 5 tickets to Disney on Ice for my nieces and nephew from this company. On website it shows total of $ 385 and end up charging my credit card $ 490. Right away I called the company and they said thats included all service charges and they were not willing to give me any refund. And I tried so hard to get my money back but the agents were so rude and claimed that I should have read all the fine prints, so with no luck, I took it as a learning experience. The tickets were delivered to my email with electronic copies 13 days before the show time which was almost one month at the time I purchased the tickets. On the day of the show, when the staff tried to scan the tickets, none of the tickets were working. I brought the tickets to the ticket center and the lady told me the seats were taken 1 hour ago. So that means somebody already went in and took our seats. I got so upset and tried to call Online Ticket center then I realized I got a miss call from them about an hour ago. I tried to call them and they put me on a 30 min hold and still no agent answer my phone. I cant let the kids waiting in the rain forever so I purchased another 5 tickets which cost me $ 230. I called the company right after I got home. Again after a long wait, I explained to one of the agent then she got me transfer to her manger which another long wait. I told him my frustration, and he said nothing more he could do but can give me a full refund. He explained they are the third market company and as soon as the seller told them the tickets were sold to somebody and they tried to contact me right away; it was not their fault for this incident and they shouldnt be responsible for it. I said what? One hour before the show started? After I paid double for what I should have paid? But without any more explanation, he said the best he could do it to give me a full refund.
You know maybe others think that I got lucky because I saved $ 260, but for me it is a different story.
One of my nieces, her name is Kelsey and she has diagnosed cancer almost 2 years ago and due to the tumor, she lost her eyesight. She loves to go to the show even though she couldnt see, she loves to sing all Disney songs. She remember the first time when she watched the show before she was sick. It would be heart broken if I couldnt purchase those tickets and I had to come up with an excuse to send them home.
When I express my frustration and anger, the company agents showed that they didnt care. So again, please try to avoid this company. They are rule and for me they only care about money.
High fee charged and your tickets are still not guaranteed.
Good service I purchased on line did not talk to a rep I dont know what else to say but web site was easy to acess
I was redirected to this site and ended up paying more than twice what I would have paid if I bought them legit (which I thought I was). Now the venue says it does not guarantee entry with these 3rd party tickets and we won't know for sure until we get to the concert. UGH! Do no use this site. Rip off!
I was trying to surprise my daughter-in-law for Christmas and she has already received the tickets, but the difference in price is so misleading and unacceptable. I could not believe it was almost $150 more than what I was expecting to pay. I will never buy any other tickets again. My daughter-in-law will not have anything to open on Christmas and that just isn't acceptable either because there was no other option than mobile tickets.
The price that appears on the tickets is different that the price I was charged.
Hope this is not going to be a difficulty.
I have a problem with the tickets. There is a different name on the ticket and the price is incorrect. Please contact me on this matter
I have a problem, there is a different name on the ticket and order number is different, and the price on the ticket is different, could you please contact me on this matter.
Thank you
Honestly, it was the site with the best seats. But the additional fees are kind of ridiculous. I dont regret my purchase, but I will definitely always check other sites first.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
