Disgusted by the $15 per ticket fees charged. Its 2017, an email including a digital copy of the tickets or link to them should be automatic and free, not $7. Why did I pay $15 per ticket for servicing, that doesnt include delivery? Its not like the company has to print them out, put them in an envelope and mail them. I have to use my paper and ink to print them and pay $15 per ticket for that privilege. Ridiculous! GREED!

Paid over $500 for tickets that cost $175 face value. My fault. I thought I was purchasing from the direct source. Instead wound up on the online city tickets site because the pay for search engine marketing and look like the venue site.

Outrageous Service Fee

$41 a ticket service fee is unreasonable. That's a 30% charge tacked onto the ticket in addition to the $7.50 download fee.

I was disappointed that someone elses name was on my tickets. Also, the $29. Fee per ticket was added without it being clearly stated at the beginning of the purchase. Since, I purchased E-tickets I have still not received any guarantee that the seller will not duplicate this sale to others. I will avoid this business in the future without ticket sale guarantee.

I do not like that I had to write a review to receive my tickets. Also, the service fees were very high and not revealed until I was buying the tickets. I feel that information should be posted somewhere while you are buying the tickets.
