The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Easy to do but I hate this after stuff... then u cant just write something easy... people are busy.:. 100 words this part annoys me... just let the people buy their ticket...
Super easy to navigate the site and choose tickets. Would recommend and use again in the future...
This is a poor site. One can not pick the actual seats, only the row. Terrible! I have not seen such bad technology in many years.
Ticket purchasing is complicated. Not a smooth process and extra fees. I do not recommend this process for purchasing tickets.
I feel a little scammed given what I paid versus the actual face value of the ticket. The fact that there is no way to return my tickets is very disappointing.
I was able to locate good seats in good time. Not to mention the actual ordering and delivery of the tickets were a breeze.
I am a Canadian. I want or make all Canadians who migh use this site know that this ticket reseller is American. They do not tell you this during your transaction but you will see you interest charges. There are Canadian ticket sellers and I could of saved 145.00 Canadian dollars. Just horrible
Although I was able to find tickets, when including service fee, and email delivery fee (go figure, charging for delivery via email), paid 2.24 times the face value of $69.00 for each ticket. That it is outrageous, and I will be very aware of that the next time I search for tickets online. The most frustrating part is that when I searched for The Kennedy Center and was brought to the official website link, when I clicked on tickets it brought me to the Online City Tickets web page, rather than to the venues own ticket sales facility. So I assumed that the venue was using this venue to sell tickets and proceeded to place my order, after which I was stuck with. Be very careful when you search for tickets this way. Pedro C.
I never got tickets before so I used this site only to find out ticket master was half the price and when they sent me an e-mail it says that I was charged in US funds for my Edmonton tickets. Why? Plus as I read other reviews I agree the service charges ars rediculess. I would never use them again
Concert isn't until Feb. So not sure if the tickets are valid yet.The first time I tried to purchase, the seats that I had originally chosen were somehow changed at the final checkout window, and if I hadn't caught it, then my daughter and I would've had really crappy seats for the same price. BE CAREFUL AND READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER!
Very annoyed that I had to pay to expidite tix and that's on top of the service fee. If this was electronic I wouldn't have to pay the extra shipping fee. Then you sent me a $20 dollar off email that I couldn't use because I already checked out. Considering these tix are like over $100 each by the time I am done is disheartening to take my family to see the Nutcrackers.
Always glad to find availability of tickets here where you cant find in other sites. However the fees are steep.
I would rate my experience a 5 star. Easy to use website. I received my tickets within a few moments from purchase.
Service fees were much higher than expected, $59.00 per seat plus $7.50 for email delivery. Email should be free. :(
I was so excited to get these tickets. I thought I was on ticket master to get where I normally get my tickets come to find out I wasnt and the same tickets I bought for $137 fees included are originally $25 each. So I way over paid and Im highly upset about this. And theres no way to cancel my order which is highly unfair. And I still have yet to get an email with my tickets, So this is the last time I will be using this website
It does the job. Review of all tickets and sorting could be easier. The website was somewhat slow and could be revised to be able to navigate with ease. There should be one site that has all the tickets available, not trying to find available seats by looking on three or more sites.
Nice and easy, and we don't do nothing, nice and easy! Couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them again, and refer my friends!
Such crap that the only option that you have to purchase tickets are these online scam sites, that add on a huge service fee to each ticket. It wouldn't be as bad, except they don't tell you the fee until the end. Unfortunately, there are little options to buy tickets otherwise, so you have to use them. The only way to actually express dissatisfaction is with a negative review, which this is... I just hope the show is worth it.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
