The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Easy to find what I want, ticket was cheap. But the service price (27$ by ticket) is a little bit expensive.
As noted by a few reviewers, I was surprised it price ended up being billed in US funds and the high service charges. The website was fairly easy to use but it took a while to realise that my e-tickets would not be sent to me until just before or on the date of the event!
It was easy to obtain these tickets, however, the prices become way more expensive with being marked up, service charges and charge to email them.
Very good service and almost enjoyable. Only wish that the service was in Canada. It was a surprise to find out the value of the tickets were in US dollars. This is why I called the 1-800 number. Anyways payed the US price and got my eTickets. Thx Ted.
Thanks for making purchasing my tickets so easy. Calling and ordering was a breeze. The lady was well informed about what i was looking for. I will definitively ask for Lilly next time, dhe even asked if we needed help finding parking seeing as we have a need for handicap seeting and handicap parking also.
I found this very user friendly and Im over 50. Enough said! The options for ticket deliver, payment, and price points make it a great site for anyone.
This is my second time using this site for tickets.
I like being able to make the purchase from home fast easy and safe.
So I bought these tickets on a complete impulse buy! I saw an ad on Facebook for the show and thought for sure there wouldnt be any tickets left, especially since its so close to the date of the show! But to my surprise I was able to buy very affordable floor seat tickets! $43.00 Each! Best seats in the house! Definitely looking forward to this Thursday!
$80 more in fees than just the tickets themselves. Will absolutely never buy through here again. It's insulting.
I was sent a link to this site by mistake. I want a full refund. I am a senior citizen who was sent a link by mistake to this site. I thought I was getting good tickets at $50 each. It ended up costing me $142.67. I got $15.00 tickets. Could have purchased them outright for a little over $42
So far so Good. The fees were pretty steep for sending the download. But I hope to have a great time at the event. Go Dawgs! Sick em woof woof woof
I really appreciated the customer service that I received and the concern for my concert experience. Andy was very helpful finding the best option for me, I definitely will be calling back.
I checked another web sight, and the charge for the tickets was more, although I don't know about the handling charge, or the e-mail download charge. I seen Skynard with 2 other bands back in the 70's for $4.00. My how things have changed!
Very easy to follow, without the intricate formats other sites use. Very detail infornation, and very quick turn-around E-mail response.
Keep up the good work.
I was able to download and print the tickets after the purchase. I just hope no one was able to download the same tickets.
To many emails at once it should all be broken down. I was not sure how to respond to this email as I have not received anything except a confirmation..
I enjoyed my service with you guys good service happy i purchase a ticket through you guys looking forward to my trip i cant wait im very excited about it thank you
HAVENT DOWNLOADED YET BUT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF STEPS TO IT. ALSO SAYS JOHN ELW. SENT ME MY TICKETS. I HOPE EVERYTHING IS EASY AND LEGIT OR YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME AGAIN. THANK YOU
Received my e-tickets today and they are for seats that I did not pay for. They are in a different section and a cheaper price. If I wanted a different section, I would have selected different seats. Don't even try to call and speak with Customer Service since they do not answer.
Last time I use this service
If you are a procrastinator like I am, you usually wait until it's too late to buy the tickets... I've bought Bucs vs Falcons tickets in the past and it worked beautifully and now most recently Allen Stone tickets (that were sold out at the vendor website) and I was able to get 3 tickets just after they got sold out! The prices are more because well quite frankly, you probably waited too long to get the good prices from the original vendor dummy... (aka me) so take it as it is and get the tickets you REALLY want for more expensive... but hey I got them, so I'm not mad! --- Kevin Me.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
