The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Quick find of what I was looking for including seats and price and speedy check out. Loved this checkout and it was so easy.
The experience went good he was very respectful to me I'm really excited for this concert can't wait to see Ozzy Osborne September 28 th 2018
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Tried cancelling the order 5 min after clicking on the button and took me 2 hours to reach, not someone on the phone (as the phone system basically leads you in a loop and no where, regardless of the choice you make) but on chat. Worse service I received for ticket purchasing. Canadian buyers be aware, USD not CAD prices.
Got my tickets within minutes, very happy with the service. Very quick and reliable and my great nephew will get enjoy the show
Everything works perfectly until you go to your checkout and there's the huge fee for your tickets... i suppose that's the price to pay to enjoy a good rock show.
Knowledgeable and welcoming. He is going to make sure I get those tickets on time because I dont always trust sites. He was kind and helpful with everything.
Quick and easy to use. Not like some ticket sites. This survey however is not something that should be made in such a way that one must type at least 100 characters,
Someone stole my credit card information and purchased tickets from this company and they refused to cancel the charge when I informed them of this.
Was quick and cheap. Cant wait to take my daughter. I gotta ask... whhhhhhhhy does need to be 100 characters. I went from 5 stars to 3 just because of that
Made a error and ordered 4 tickets and needed 5 tickets. Called them immediately and they could not cancel and allow me to reorder. I am taking four six year olds and have 4 tickets in row b and 1 ticket in row A Not satisfied and will never use them again.
The ticket purchasing process was very quick and I wouldnt mind doing it again. Im definitely going to recommend it to my peers
Expensive download fees and administrative fees. Overall site is fine with venue view and seat layout. Still does not make up from the expensive fees. Will probably not buy from again
I purchased tickets to see Chris Isaak's holiday show in December 2017. The show was cancelled, as was the rest of the tour, due to Mr. Isaak falling ill. It has been more than 2 months and I've yet to receive a refund. Online City Tickets says they are waiting to see if the concert is "rescheduled." First, how can a holiday concert be rescheduled later in the year? Second, Neither Chris Isaak's website, nor the Fox Riverside Performing Arts Center mention any rescheduled event. Both say the event was cancelled, not postponed. I will not do business with this merchant again.
Its almost not worth it if you have to spend so much more in ridiculous service fees. I would rather but my tickets at the venue or from a scalper! Lol but seriously!
It's awesome! So quick so easy! My tickets came to me quick through my email. Confirmation # imidetly! A little pricy but I love the quickness of it all.
Although i was hit with outstanding fees at the time of payment the proess was pretty easy. I promised the tickets to my son for his birthday and if it wasnt for me promising I would have not purchased them. I honestly think that we shouldnt be paying a fee of $20 on top of the already expensive ticket. So 20 x 3 tickets :/. Not cool... For what i paid I could have gotten a better ticket, but anyways will not be purchasing tickets on this site again...
Paid 167 for tickets with face value of 59.50 Add to that over 50+ per ticket processing fee. Very disappointed. Hope the seats are as good as we expect them to be based upon the venues seating chart.
Within minutes of placing my order, my tickets appeared in my e mail and were ready to print. Thank you
I was surprised at the end when I went to complete my transaction that there were many fees I didnt realize would be included the fees ended up costing just as much as a single ticket
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
