I was first told there was no other competitors in Brisbane but then I found out there is a lot and most of them were quoting $30 to do a job. It costs more in chemicals to do the job. So I don't know what chemicals they are using. Just because they have public liability insurance doesn't make them a reputable company.
Stuart Frost photographer replied to my ad and came to take photos of my holiday accommodation venue in Yungaburra, he spent all day getting the best possible shots; a couple of days later he sent me the photos, they are perfect, the price very reasonable; I highly recommend Stuart to all.

I used Oneflare to get a gardener in and 3 gardeners responded to my request almost immediately. We got 2 of them out to quote and they were prompt to come out to my place and quote. I couldn't have been happier with the response. It took the pressure off me to try and contact gardeners personally. I just didn't have the time and energy to do that.

Leads just dont go anywhere. You will get send lead after lead. But the majority are just testing the waters re-price. You will spend hours chasing them up for no result. Total waste of time and money

We hired a painter and what a mess not the mention he turned out not to be licensed but not to worry his card quoted a fake number, he wasn't registered for GST and OneFlare couldn't have been less concerned you would think they would check the so called trades on there site what a joke.

This is a rort, good money making for them and bad for us the worker.
There is no way of auditing the leads and ensuring they are genuine.
They say they only send out 5 leads, but who checks they don't send out to 10 or 50 and then they get 10 x $7.
If I am the only lead then I get the job it is and investment.
If I don't get a lead then it is a waste of money.
They could be using bots sending out false leads.
How do I know they are real people and not false leads, there is no way of monitoring.
The person requesting to get 5 to 10 quotes should pay the $7 for getting Oneflare to arrange for 5 - 10 quotes.

Verifying job requests come from real customers is something we take seriously. Every job request that comes through is checked for validity by our team to ensure that it is a real lead and then sent out to businesses. If the quotes sent to the customer by a business, are not viewed or the customer changes their mind, we are able to return the quote back to the business. It’s also important to note that we only allow three businesses to quote on a lead - not 5-10. Our platform is intended to give all businesses that quote on a job a fair go to win it.

There reviews are fake, I used their provided service. I had bad experience, I posted bad review and it never got published

All of the information provided on a business's Oneflare profile is intended to be completely transparent and accurate. This includes publishing all reviews, whether they are positive or negative. However, if a review is proven to be untruthful, defamatory or against our posting guidelines, we will remove the particular review from that business's profile. It's disappointing to hear that you had a negative experience with a business hired from Oneflare, and previous reviews, most of the time, tend to be an indicator of the quality of the business.

As a business owner I found the quality of the leads they provided to be extremely poor, they charged me for 3 months service in my first month because I went over my poor quality leads quoter. When I questioned the lead quality and the additional charges I was in very lengthy replay told tough luck you are on your own and not getting a refund. I am reporting this company to my financial institution for credit card fraud. Customers or consumer may find it good as they are not paying for the poor quality leads.
