I rung and spoke to some1 on the team called karl Davis. He explained the contract plan which i felt was a very good offer... so i am a happy customer Karl was pleasant and very helpful
Extremely helpful and very polite! Was extremely bubbly and couldn't help me enough. Any questions he didn't know, he put me on hold and found out the information.

Matt was very very helpful and told me all the do`s and don`ts of travel abroad and within the UK, answered all of my questions from the normal to the silly, and was very polite and giving me options along the way, I have never contacted them before but would be very happy to do so again, very polite and they clearly train their staff very well. Outstanding.

Waited a while until the call was answered but when it was i was politely greeted by Karl Davies he was brilliant throughout the full conversation and was very efficient and helpful and a pleasure to speak to thankyou for you help Karl!

I would like to say that whenever I call Onecom I know that they will respond and resolve my queries or issues immediately. The other day I emailed to say that for the life of me I could not print a pdf of my monthly invoice. Hannah Timmins called me back very quickly, we had a laugh and my invoice popped up in my email within minutes. This is typical of Onecom's 5 star customer service - Sarah from Samskip

I have never had an issues with Onecom. They always reply quickly and are always very polite. I mainly email Kayla who is brilliant and really good when it comes to making sure we are sorted with any requests or issues we have.

I was about to give notice on my account and Karl Davies came up with several options that made me sign up for another 2 years. His customer service is excellent and a credit to the company

I called requesting help with updating a new phone, which I'd entered into a contract for at a Vodafone shop (and whose service was less than adequate!) and Karl was so helpful he even offered me a better contract with better benefits. After a tariff change my phone data wouldn't work, luckily they managed to discover what the problem was and solve it! The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the slightly longer length of time it took them to discover the problem even though once they knew it was resolved very quickly.

Karl D sorted a competitive deal for me so I'm very happy now. Was concerned I might get a poorer deal with Onecom as, like others, until last year I thought I was with Vodafone as the invoicing is from them. However, I am pleased with my new contract and customer service has been friendly and professional.

I phoned today to cancel my sim only contract as I could get a better deal elsewhere. Spoke to a very pleasant guy called Karl who in fact got me an even better deal and I decided to stay with Onecom. Very pleased with my sim only contract as I find Onecom a great company to deal with and have no issues. Thank you once again Karl for dealing with me and getting me a great deal.

Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
