I was charged 230 PLN by Omio for a train ticket Przemyśl–Kraków. The official carrier PKP sells the exact same ticket for 62 PLN. Omio did not provide any additional services (they didn't even assign a seat). I believe I was misled and overcharged, so I am requesting a chargeback for this transaction.

Their website does not list all available flights, forcing you to pick a first class seat at least one way. But it does not initially tell you that you are paying so much more for a first class seat. Because every option you choose includes one first class seat, all options come out as a much higher price than they need to be, but you do not know cheaper options are available because they don't show you those. This is basically a same. I paid over $1,000. For a return flight to Bermuda, when others only paid $200. Total. What a con. I trusted them and shouldn't have. Buyer beware.

They need to clean up the site, If they can get rid of the spam it could be a decent place to go to. However, all the spam makes the experience far from pleasant
I would not recommend this site as it is a spam site. There is no "destination" upon which you land.
