I bought some winter shoes from Omega Walk the were not bad quality however they did not fit well. They had straps that looped through metal pieces and no matter what they do not stay in place and they are way to long and there is no way to tighten them. So consequently the shoes are way to loose. I contacted the company with my concerns they did not care! The only options they gave me was to mail them back to China at my expense even though they were shipped out of a warehouse in the US or take a 30% discount. It was cost prohibitive to send them to China so they said they would give me a 30% discount on them. THEY DON'T FIT. No exchanging sizes or getting a different shoe. So, consequently I took the 30% and pitched them. I will NEVER order from them again.
I addition I tried to put a review on the omega walk sight you can't. Also, if you look at reviews there are zero negative reviews. Make you wonder how are the reviews getting on the sight. My opinion is they are fake.

Ordered for a pair of runners, looked legit online.
Took forever to arrive, I had to send them an email.
When they finally arrived, it was shocking! The sole is plastic instead of pure rubber, I ordered for US size 8, they sent me US 6.5
What a total waste of time and money! Too fake to be true they should be ashamed of their products.
I would never recommend these shoes even to the poorest of human beings! I can't even gift this pair to anyone because they are not shoes, but a duplicate of shoes!
The worst shoe ever!

If you want to wait a month for cheap chinese products with absolutely awful customer service then Omega walk is for you.
I will stick with real companies like Amazon or Wal-Mart

The lack of communication is outrageous. I had sent a message to let Susan with omegawalk know that it seemed to be taking longer than I was advised and was told to keep waiting. Once I finally received the items, they did not fit. I ordered up in the size like it said too and they still didn't fit. I was advised that every manufacturer has different sizing and that I should have checked the charts. I explained that I did that, and that is why I ordered a whole size up. In the same email I was offered to order a different size and pay 12-13 USD for packaging and shipping per pair or to return items at my own cost. I asked what I was supposed to do with $200 of shoes I had ordered that do not fit and that I be given more reasonable solution. I have no intention of paying this company any further money for products that are subpart and aren't true to size. I ordered through this company because it states customer satisfaction guaranteed as well as other reviews stating these shoes were great. I'm not sure how truthful those reviews are I guess or I just happened to be someone who has had a horrible experience? But, I paid over $200 for shoes and I expected to have a better experience than what it has been. Needless to say, I have not heard back from the company. Just a warning for anyone else who is thinking about purchasing from omegawalk.

Beautiful selection, beautifully made and presented. Good value for money because you can see where the money has gone. I will be ordering again soon.
