I ordered 2 pairs of shoes while not realizing they will be shipped from singapore.in less than 15 MINUTES i requested a change of delivery address or if impossible to redirect cancel the order. I received reply from customer service in 32 hours basically saying that they can't cancel or redirect because I contacted them too late.(15 minutes is too late)... so their customer service is a scam. You will not be able to do anything with the order once placed.do your self a favor and stay away from this business.

If your shoes get lost in the mail, they make you pay a $12 reship fee. If you receive the shoes and you want a refund, you only get 30% back. So, that means on a $50 pair of shoes that get lost in the mail and then reissued, if you return them, technically you will only see $18 back out of that $50.

No respectful company would do this too you. Ever! Terrible horrible company with cheap generic shoes.

On email it stated ships out 2 to 3 days when I reached out they said 10-20 days, then 20 to 30 days.
I don't know why they charge 10$ first class shipping fee it's going to take a month or more.
Please don't say cause of covid cause it's not as bad anymore. People keep using that excuse for everything.

Don't get me wrong I love the color, but they are probably the worst decision I made for buying shoes. They do not help with my foot pain at all, they've made it a whole lot worse. Very disappointed with these and I will not buy them again.

I have waited over a month for my purchase. Have yet to receive it. When I look to talk to customer service they provide no phone number yet ask for mine. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of non slip sneakers for work mid February. It has been over a month and I still have not received the shoes.

The shoes did not fit. I was given an option to keep them, buy another pair, or get a 30% refund, or return them. HOWEVER, THEY REFUSE TO SEND RETURN ADDRESS, PROCESS. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

I ordered a pair of boots a half size larger since I will wear socks. Upon receiving the boots they are too too small even without socks. I asked to return them and I am advised I have to pay for shipping back to them which is $49.95 as well as a 15% restocking fee. Now I have a pair boots that I will never be able to wear.

Shoes arrived about 3 months after expected arrival date. Shoes advertised as slip resistant and waterproof might as well be made of porous leaky waxed rubber. These are not slip resistant, waterproof or even well constructed. The soles of the shoes are slippery plastic weakly attached to the rest of the shoe, and the inner lining of the shoe juts out into your feet at strange places as the fabric piece used is too large or too small for the job. Do NOT buy from Omega Walk

Ordering my second pair after two years. Still in great shape, just have torn the top. These shoes have saved my feet from aches and pains while working on concrete floors.

I ordered size 9 womens shoe, they sent size 7. After requesting photos, which I sent, they said the US sizes are based on mens sizes. I ordered a US size 9 women's shoe and got a size 7! That is not what I ordered. It is too small and they are making excuses. This was their response: "This is to let you know that you have ordered US9 (EUR 40) and we have delivered the same to you. Please only look at Euro size mentioned on shoes which is 40. Do not get confused by US size as these shoes are unisex and US size mentioned on shoes is as per the male sizing standard (US 7) which in fact is equivalent to our Women's US 9." I have the photo of what I ordered. It specifically says Womens size 9.

I requested a label to ship back. They only reply once a night, late at night, so something simple has dragged on for days because I only get one reply a night. It would be simple if they just sent me a size 9 like I ordered and I would return what I have at their cost. Instead, they offered a 40% refund because of the costs of shipping. I would never purchase another thing from them. They are in Singapore and shouldn't be selling in the US if they can't handle the difference in shoe size nor how to handle customer service in another country.

Another thing is they don't tell you they are in Singapore until AFTER you make the purchase. Stay away from this site.

Not the best most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Not worth the wait on a slow boat from China. You can find better shoes locally. Website very deceptive about shipping times. Ordered early December just got them in January.

I was sent the wrong size and color, the inserts they sent me are too big. No information on how to return them. I want to return the shoes, don't plan on ordering from here again.
