The soles are so hard they kill your feet. I thought maybe I just had to break them in, but no. I purchased softer inserts for them and they still hurt like the $#*!ens.

Shipping takes a long time as they are coming from china. The products are not worth the money and are not as described. Don't waste your money.
Shipping went without a hitch and I didn't have to pay anything for the shipping, which is one of the reason's why I purchased them! :) They look gorgeous and I am excited to go out and begin to use them. These WILL be my running/walking shoes for getting this almost 70 year young woman back in much better shape! :) Thank you! ;)
Have been an Omega Walk purchaser for years and have been extremely pleased with the quality
And customer service. My most recent purchase was disappointing. The shoes were not of the
Caliber I had come to expect. The soles of the Solace Air style are of a plastic material and the interior footbed no longer includes the cushioned insole and not as comfortable to walk on. Also, my order was mistakenly doubled under the same credit card (4 pairs total). When I requested a return shipping label for the second 2 pairs of shoes I was told I would have to return them at my expense plus a $15 restocking fee.
In lieu of returning the shoes a 30% refund was offered to keep them, which would have been the wiser
Financial option, which I chose. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)!
You all need to change the filter. Customer service should keep up the good work.
Could have better insoles in them. I had to change them because there wasn't any support and no comfort for pad of the front of my foot.
It took almost 3 weeks before it arrived. I expected a better product. Not very comfortable.
