Customer service

I had a question about gift cards. Left my number for a call back. Received a call and the voice was completely garbled. Could not understand a word. Their site said cards ordered that fat (8th) might not be delivered on time. This is 2023. How long does it take to make a card and send it out.

Great quality food and flavor

Ordered for thanksgiving, everyone really enjoyed the food. Turkey breast was a great flavor and texture, so nice not to have to mess with a whole turkey. Sausage cranberry stuffing was delicious.
It was nice to just have to take straight out of the freezer and into the oven for heating. As a word of caution do make sure to allow variance time for different ovens and microwaves and plan out how to heat everything to serve if you are doing a full meal.

Love Your Product...but

I ordered for a Christmas gift for a family member. I used a promo code and it was put on my order. When I placed the order the promo code was not used and my credit card did not have the $30 discount. This has happened before. I have used a promo code and it would tell me I couldn't use it so I would use another. Why give us a promo code and apply it then it doesn't show up and I don't get the discount. I may not order as often as I have. It is very disheartening. I love your product but I also love a good discount. Happy Holidays!

Wrong Item received

Ordered Traditional Crispy Chicken tenders Received something called Salt and Pepper Crispy Chicken Fritters what ever that is.
Called in rep couldn't figure out what I got as it had same code 2206. Another issue was I had to call in the order because your ad that week stated if you spent over an amount you would get I believe 8 free burgers. When I called and ask why I could not get it to show online order I was informed it did not apply to ala carte orders no matter the $ amount spent I had to buy a package to get the free burgers. Curious as I figured your profit margin would be higher for the ala carte items. Interesting the last order I sent was a gift and it was wrong as well.

Could you do some packages that don't include the steak seasoning every time. Put something in place of it like sweet treats or another side. This would be greatly appreciated.

Received a Gift Card for $25.00 for an unsatisfactory item. Attempted to use the card on another order; however was informed that in order to receive free shipping it would be necessary to place another order with a total of $169.00; anything less would require a shipping charge. This policy in effect makes the card useless. End result; Omaha can send an unsatisfactory item, and then expects a customer to spend an additional amount of money to justify the below standard product.

After posting the above review, an email was received from OS; stating that they:"were concerned and wanted me to be 100% pleased". The situation was explained in detail, after several days no further response from OS, I'm still not "100% pleased".

Beware of burgers

I cooked one of the promotional burgers in the same pan with Kroger brand beefsteak burgers. Compare the difference in the pics below. I was expecting better from this company. It's no wonder they promote them for free
