My Omaha Steaks order was delivered on time and with quality. And, of course, the products that I purchased were as yummy as ever. The one thing that I love about Omaha is that each item is individually shrink wrapped so you can easily just defrost the number of items you wish to cook, not the entire package.
I am still eating but have no complaints. I will be back.

THe order arrived on time, and still mostly frozen although the dry ice was all gone. Should the delivery have been delayed, all would have really thawed. Can't wait to try the contents!

Go on line or call. Easy as pie. Customer advocates are always friendly end extremely efficient. I usually call to make certain my requests are correct. The person I am talking with, will then read it back. This eliminates any chance for error.

When you ask for the delivery 10 days before Christmas, you do NOT want it on December 2nd. I have no room in my freezer for regular food.
