We ordered a gift package for $89.99 online. The gift package had steaks along with a variety of other meats and free dessert. What arrived was 4 steaks. Period. That is over $20.00 per steak. Not happy. They refunded me, but there was NO attempt to correct the order. Bye Bye Omaha Steaks!

I was ordering a 89.99 special from a TV ad on 12/12/23. This special was for four steaks, four pork chops, four hamburgers, 4 desserts and a seasoning pack. By mistake I clicked on a screen that was for Rib eye steak. I thought it was an option of the special. It was not. It was for only 4 steaks. I called the customer service dept and talked to a representative. She told me there was nothing that could be done because I had placed the order on line. The three items I thought I had ordered were three Christmas gifts. My family did not receive the gifts I had meant for them. I'm very unhappy with Omaha Steaks.

I recieved a Christmas gift of Omaha Steaks for the second time for a gift. It all tastes bad! The beef is full of fillers like the fast food places, even the wieners tasted bad! I tried to enhance the flavor but no maqtter what I tried, was bad. The new CEO must of cut back on quaulity to fatten his paycheck and investors. Why do you have to pay people for positive reviews?

Called in the order, the phone personnel were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The steaks and burgers and everything was a very high quality very tastefully and delicious.

I placed my order to be delivered on December 23rd to my son and daughter in law as a Christmas gift. My CC was charged but they did not receive the order on December 23rd. I emailed the help line with no response. I called the customer number and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes to finally be told it was their mistake and the order will arrive on December 30th. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be doing business with Omaha Steaks in the future.

We have been an Omaha customer for roughly 35 years and have had nothing but good service, steak (etc :) quality and on time shipping to relatives. A little pricey so watch for the discounts.

I was a first time customer of Omaha Steaks. I purchased a package of over $270 worth of rib eyes, filets and chicken. Instead of receiving the filets, we received hot dogs. I called on Dec 24th and informed them of the mistake. They said we would receive the filets by Dec 28th. I then received an email asking me to explain the problem. I responded at once. I then received an email telling me they would respond to my issue within 24 hrs. I will never purchase from them ever again. The rib eye steaks were their "Reserve" meat. It is not worth the price. The steaks were not any better than my local butcher. When I spoke with them I could hear the TV on and people in the background. Dealing with them is like dealing with the three stooges. I hope the filets make it to my son. I will not hold my breath.

Everything was very good but the Filet mignons and the pork chops were filled with fat. They were so chewy, I threw them out. That was the first bad order I ever had from Omaha steak. This was a gift from my brother, so I did not save the order info

The filet mignon was far from the best I ever had. I've had better from the local kroger. Taste was OK, but they weren't very tender. Burgers were good. Plenty juicy and tasty. I don't think you get the best with the promotional packages.

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
