Glad I received these as a gift and didn't buy the $100 package, had filets last night.so tough we couldn't even chew them! Save yourself money and buy meat from your local grocery. The WORST meat I have ever tried to eat. Ended up throwing them out.
I have ordered from them in the past and have been pleased with the service. This last order though the steaks where very tough and mealy tasting. I let them know and they did nothing at all to replace or refund the purchase. Won't shop from a company like that

Wife loves the Faroe Island Salmon. I love the Halibut but too expensive for a senior citizen. Chicken stuffed with rice etc was awful.

Well, I ordered the package with 4 Filet Mignon, but they sent only two + two lessor steaks. I was counting on 4 Filets. They cheated me so I won't be back.

Oh we have ordered 3 times this year from you. My granddaughters Christmas in Utah, our Christmas in Fla and now another shipment for New Years! I accidentally typed in the wrong address (ex: 2607 instead of 2706) when ordering my steaks. UPS wasn't able to deliver them. I called Omaha Steaks and received NO HELP whatsoever! I couldn't believe it after spending hundreds of dollars on their steaks. They said it's my fault, they won't do a thing.

I received my order and was very disappointed. My 4 oz fillets looked like 2 chunks of meat stapled together and then wrapped in bacon. So disappointed.

Ordered Christmas package for my nephew in Alabama. Checked order, same day. Realized it was going to my home. Called immediately. I was told it was corrected. Even received a confirmation. Then I received a email a few days before Christmas telling me it was going to my home, not to my nephew. Called and talked to a supervisor, explaining my problem. Told me that a label had been made and she could do nothing to help me. Needless to say this ruined my nephew and his family's Christmas. Will not order again!

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
