When my order came the wrong items were in the package. When I called, there was no argument about the order and they sent me correct items and says keep the old items on them.
I still have product from my first order, I guess the two of us aren't big meat eaters. That may change with barbque season?

Way too many things popping up in an attempt to generate last-minute impulse purchases!
And my purchase qualified for 4 free burgers. I clicked on the free burgers and the site acknowledged the click. But after I completed the transaction, the burgers were not on the receipt.
I emailed your support staff, who informed me I was wrong, and my purchase did not qualify for the burgers, but "as a one-time courtesy", they were added to my order. But YOUR SUPPORT STAFF WAS WRONG! My purchase DID qualify for the free burgers. I opened your site back up and verified the required purchase price to qualify was $149 and NOT $169 as your support staff claimed.
So, your "one-time courtesy" was to hold up your side of the deal. Don't do me any favors...

I have enjoyed the things we have had from Omaha Steaks, but I dont feel any of it was worth the price we payed. I dont believe we will be ordering again.

The ordering process is always easy and quick. The package arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. But the real star is the food. Always delicious. You have the most tender steaks I have ever tasted. And you have a great variety of other foods to choose from. I've never been disappointed.

My purchase arrived in record time. We really like the chicken breasts, they are really good on the grill.
So happy to hear! The Air-Chilled Chicken Breast is one of our favorites as well.
The quality and freshness of the meats are first rate. We have given up trying to make burgers with the supermarket ground beef that we were accustomed to buying. We love the steak burgers They are a nice size and juicy. The hot dogs are about as good as hot dogs get, and we have tried most brands. I wish however that they would make a smaller version of the jumbo franks. They are too big to fit most hotdog buns.
The steak, pork and chicken are really good also. We especially like the pork. So we can recommend Omaha Steaks to anyone.

Your products are good but your silly pricing policy - sending silly mailings and online come-ons - generally lead to the same prices.
